Dave was friendly and helpful from the moment we entered the store. Through NO fault of his , our bed frame came missing parts. When contacted he was apologetic and fixed the problem as fast as he can. Highly recommend this local bedshop for honesty , integrity ....and oh , we LOVE our new bed !

Disgrace! Would give no stars if that was an option. Delivered a half-made bed which would not fit up my stairs and told me it's easy to take apart

Used Liver Beds twice. The quality of the beds are fantastic. I did have a small rip with the mattress on my 2nd bed.I raised the issue and it was replaced. No discussion just sent a picture of the rip and it was replaced. It was very minor as well.Great service. They did drop it off at the door but I'm sure if you need it upstairs then they will.A bed of this quality in the chains will be £300-400 more.

Bought a matree here years back. Went again as my last was very good. The salesman was unattentive and started speaking to someone else in the middle of my sentence and walked away. There were no prices anywhere and he was very coy on giving prices out for beds. Did not seem keen on doing business as I didn't want a frame from him as they did not do what we wanted. He was pretty rude and I found a much better shop near by.

Fantastic service from both delivery personnel and Dave himself. Despite a great misunderstanding that somehow resulted in two mattresses being delivered, a prompt and swift resolution was agreed upon; and a refund issued within minutes.I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a high quality bed at an affordable price.(FYI: A Divan bed includes the mattress. Lesson learned!)

Fab service....fab price salesman very knowledgeable and friendly. Delivery was on time but hubby slept thru them knockin (he does nights) they phoned me at work and quickly rearranged a time and delivered the next day. Wud recommend

Fab service provided by Liver Beds cannot fault them I got an amazing deal on a double bed. I had an issue with the base not connecting properly they came out immediately and ordered a replacement and came and set the bed frame and headboard up absolutely amazing service. I will definitely buy from this company again.

I bought my bed from here and it was delivered the morning they said it would. Amazing quality. I tried about a dozen beds before I chose the one I wanted. I didn't feel rushed or pressured unlike some places I've been to. Excellent quality and fantastic service.
