After the passing of my mother, we placed the probate business with this company. For the first full calendar year, literally nothing was done or even started, despite multiple requests and communications (nearly all of which were ignored), which added to the family stress no end. We didn't receive the 'extraordinary customer service' alluded to in their home page mission statement. The whole task took them 3.5 years, including 6 months from the liquidation of the estate, to disbursement of funds, which was the final straw for us. We were sent the bill prematurely for the work, followed by an email saying the fees had been sorted out, so I asked from where were they taken and never got an answer, documentary or otherwise.Given the rates law firms charge, and the almost nonchalant way clients are often treated, it wasn't a total surprise, as hubris seems to be a major factor. There is never any point in going to the Law Society as they just close ranks behind their members. It is not the first time we have encountered poor legal services. So in short, we would not recommend this business to anyone.
