W-Heat fit an oil boiler for me. I Struggle at times due to being autistic, but everyone at the company made each step easy for me. The technicians that fit the boiler were great and explained all I needed to know and ensured the job was completed to a very high standard. I highly recommend W-Heat

I paid £739 and my boiler still doesn't work!Make sure you read the other reviews before you book, because I didn't and it seriously cost me.In December my boiler started leaking.An engineer from W-Heat came to my house and said it needed a return manifold replacing.They quoted £739 which was a bit shocking but it's the dead of winter and I needed it sorting so I booked the repair.I stupidly paid on the same day I was invoiced, because just 3 days after the repair the boiler started leaking again.I called the office, naturally assuming they would make it right.The engineer came again and immediately saw the problem. He said a pipe was old and would need replacing. He went away to source the part.When I called the office a few days later to chase progress, I was told I would be charged about £150 (presumably plus VAT) for them to make it right!The engineer had told me the pipe was old, therefore the problem was clearly not something that occurred in the 3 days between his first repair and the leak starting again. It should have been identified at the first assessment and fixed along with the return manifold.I was willing the pay for the second part because, had the first assessment been done correctly, I would always have been charged for 2 parts. Fair enough.But it's ridiculously to ask me to pay for more labour when it was the labour that was the problem in the first place.W-Heat has my £739 and I still have a a broken boiler. Nightmare.I just wish I'd read the reviews on here before booking because a lot of them talk about unfinished jobs :-(

Absolutely delighted I chose W-HEAT for my gas certificate. Kate was extremely friendly & professional & there wasn’t anything that was too much trouble for her . Jamie who did the testing was polite, courteous & efficient. The certificate arrived within the hour! Very impressive! I would recommend without hesitation!As I was so delighted with the gas certificate, I also asked W-HEAT to do our electrical certificate. Nick was very personable & knowledgeable …& extremely thorough. Really efficient service. Would highly recommend! Thank you!

W-heat came out to us on Tuesday, they assessed and confirmed our problem as we had had no hot water for three days.They ordered the part and came back and fitted it on Thursday.Really good service and very pleasant professional engineers to deal with .
