I chose Wright Marshall to sell my house in Northwich because of their friendly and informative attitude to my initial enquiry. Although I live in France, their communication throughout was excellent every step of the way. Jack was always ready and willing to help with the things I could not do, like reading the meters, and getting quotes for potential work that needed to be done. He went above and beyond my expectations in guiding me through the process, taking a lot of the stress out what could have been a difficult experience. Alan takes care to understand about the history and character of the house - it's unique selling points and design features that will be of interest to prospective purchasers and leaves you feeling the house is in safe hands. He also gives you time to 'offload' and this helps you deal with the anxieties selling your home can create. A good friend in a time of need.Trudie we got to know less since she joined the firm during the latter part of our contact with Wright Marshall. However as with Jackand Alan she was friendly, always rang us back and her advice was sound.
