The Waterside Dental Clinic

To say I'm nervous about going to a dental appointment is an understatement but after my consultation yesterday with Dr Peter Doyle the nerves have gone. I had two fillings, repair of a chipped tooth and an extraction, he explained the treatment and also answered any questions I had in relaxed surroundings, just an appointment with the hygienist now. If you are nervous/petrified of visiting the dentist I recommend you go to Waterside. Thank you Dr Doyle, the nurses and reception staff.

Great experience at The Waterside Dental Clinic. All staff are friendly and welcoming and my teeth are well looked after - with tips and advise to keep them healthy and white at home.

Amazing dental practice. Think I've been going for just over 3 years.Fantastic service from all staff. Our whole family is registered their and we are all on the monthly plans.It is a shame Tim has gone non clinical (he's the best dentist I've ever had) but looking to the others showcase their excellence.My daughter saw Kinnari the other day and loved the goodie bag she was given.

I’m a nervous patient and have only been to the dentist once in 22 years. I went on the Fulwood group on Facebook asking for recommendations and Linda Williams (Manager) reached out to me. The day after we had a lengthy chat and Linda put my mind at ease. Linda is salt of the earth and truly genuinely cares.I went to my initial consultation on 17/06/22.The Waterside Dental Clinic is fantastic, state of the art equipment, modern surroundings and has a calming effect and based on the marina with stunning views.Every single member of the team are great including DR Tim Williams who wanted to get to know me not just about dental history and build a rapport. When it came to examining my teeth DR Tim was extremely gentle and I felt no pain whatsoever.Lizzie was lovely with me and very patient.The ladies on reception were very pleasant and welcoming.The Assistant Manager Janet was lovely with me too.I feel like I’m part of a very special family and I’m honoured to be a patient at this practice.I wish I could work for an employer like this, every member of staff is treated like family.I look forward to seeing you all soon and I will continue to spread the word.You have all made a difference to my life as I know now what’s going on with my gums and it’s not as bad as I first thought, having needless panic attacks over it.I can’t thank you enough.Once again Linda you have a heart of gold.If you’re looking for a dentist forget the rest, pay a visit to The Waterside Dental Clinic and you won’t look back.

so my hygiene visit was due so opted to have the air flow clean due to staining with smoking wow what a difference its made as im a very nervous patient i wasnt looking forward to it but it was suprisingly painless in fact i thought it was a lot less stressful than an ordinary clean i wouldnt hesitate to have this procedure again and would highly reccomend it

I highly recommend Waterside Dental Clinic.I have had several procedures over the last couple of years and have always received high quality treatments. Reception staff, nurses, hygiene staff and all dentists are pleasant, kind, gentle and especially reassuring with nervous patients. Thanks to Tim and Linda Williams for a running a great practice and the employing the best staff!

Hygienist Karen was very professional and did one of the best cleaning's I've experienced yet. When I explained about my dry mouth she was very understanding. Tim was great, very cheerful and made me relax, best Dentist I've every had and explains in detail when he's working in my teeth and needs to do a little work on them. Like the Fluoride treatment which my teeth neededDoug also agrees with me, but in his case he didn't need any treatment.

This dentist is amazing, whenever we go we are greeted personally with a smile. The staff/dentist’s/hygienist are fantastic. Today I visited Emily the Hygienist for a check up visit and the results from her advice/techniques were brilliant. She always reassures you and takes the time to help you improve your gum/teeth health. Nothing is ever a problem, she goes above and beyond.Thank you to all the staff for always providing such a outstanding service.
