Con-tempo Furniture

My extensive search for bedroom furniture landed at Con-Tempo. Attracted by the idea of furniture made and sold by the same team, I was not to be disappointed. From the initial personal appointment, arranged out of hours and at their workshop, through to timely delivery of our furniture, the service provided was outstanding. Dean’s timely feedback and product knowledge was second to none. Last, but not least, the oak bedroom furniture range is beautifully crafted and has transformed our bedroom. The strongest of recommendations from this happy customer; we’ll be back.

Our wardrobe was installed just a week ago and we have been absolutely delighted with it. To have such a lovely high quality piece of furniture with its beautiful wood grain, made exactly to our measurements and requirements is a joy. From the beginning, Dean was patient and helpful in guiding us through the design stage, and the delivery team were prompt, polite and tidy. Highly recommended.

This has been thesingle worst purchase for our new home (living with for 2 years now), and we’ve spent thousands here (had nothing from the old home).Oak means - Oak trim. The cheap MDF that 90% of these units consist of, breaks up after a while, see picture.Quality build means- well I don’t know. Roller doors are loose and poor to use, the drawers are hard to get in and out, paint has had al sorts of issues.When we purchased, we Ended up accepting a discount due to paint issues. These just got worse. Should have sent the sets back.We spent thousands, and have been left with something that’s worn worse than a second hand chest of drawers and wardrobe set on gumtree.A huge disappointment. Should last much longer than 2 years.We bought other furniture, at the same time, for half the price and it’s lasted better.Look elsewhere.

So so pleased with my custom made furniture. Hate the way big businesses sell expensive tat so discovered Con Tempo online and it looked good. All expectations exceeded. Dean was really helpful advising me & designing furniture to my measurements to hide plugs etc. I cd even choose the paint and handles. Reasonably priced compared to others and delivery on time with a exact time given. no waiting in all day. . Highly recommend Con tempo. its all about quality and service...

Our experience with Con-tempo Furniture was smooth, professional and friendly from start to finish. Dean was so helpful in accommodating some bespoke requirements we had and the finished bedroom furniture is absolutely superb. The workmanship is of such a high standard and the delivery team even came out in awful storms. We couldn't be happier!

We ordered a bespoke Quercus Oak table for our new dining room a matter of weeks before the dreadful factory fire in the warehouse.Dean held our order, and although we had to wait over a year for our table the price had not altered (despite all the Brexit supply problems etc) and we were kept in the picture at all times.We are super pleased with our table which is beautifully finished and looks fantastic in our new space. Well worth the wait.

Excellent & fast communication/ customer service re: colour samples, change of handles and bespoke measurements and change of design.Now received the furniture and it’s such good quality, sturdy and will last a lifetime.Colour combination chosen : ivory with natural wood tops.Over time, house top to bottom will be furnished by con tempo.Thank you!

I ordered Con-tempo bedroom furniture on-line in 2017. Six years later I wanted to add another piece to match. I contacted Dean, who said the same design was still available, and that I could have a bedside chest made with 3 drawers instead of 2.From start to finish, contact with the company was good. Delivery was free, and the two-man team arrived on time, removed their shoes, and carried my bedside chest upstairs to the bedroom and placed it in position. It matched perfectly with the other furniture.I would highly recommend this company for good quality furniture, and excellent communication with the customer, an asset not often found these days.
