Amazing service, NHS always being criticised but I couldn’t have received a better service

The receptionist was helpful and nice, I called at 1:30pm and got an appointment at 3:30pm same day . The nurse that examined me was amazing and soo sweet as she explained to me everything I wanted to know, giving me advice to what to do in case of any problems I have, caring and making sure I understood what’s going on. Thank you!

The doctors there require some serious communication skills training; they come across as rude, confrontational and aggressive.

Staff were helpful and kind from the receptionists through the nurse.Doctor Susie was really professional in terms of examination and explained in details everything, even she was caring about my previous medication history. Thank you!I hope this picture helps for others who needs.

Walk in clinic closed for general public, online booking system is not available any more, nearly impossible to get through the telephone line and in addition to that, long wait times to be seen.Nevertheless, the staff at the clinic are lovely and a pleasure to work with. They are competent and helpful.It is a shame that NHS is budget cutting and making this service harder to reach. But then, what is easy to reach with the NHS nowadays... The grave probably.

Went for a walk in at 9am and was seen within 45 mins. Reception was organised and was seen by a lovely lady who took her time and got everything sorted within half an hour or so. Overall really good experience

Waiting times are extremely long the walk in clinic opened at 1:30pm and I arrived at 1:15pm and waited over 2 hours to be seen also those who arrived at 1:45pm onwards were turned away even though they arrived only 15 mins after the clinic opened.

Update : on Mondays walk ins are at 1pm. Cane here at 9 and again they cannot see me ... No commentThe actual hours for walk-ins are different than what's stated. Those might be the hours for referrals. For walk ins it's 9-3pm, at least on Thursdays. I came at 4pm and they were closed.Walk ins are in the 1st floor, appointments - on the 2nd. Hope this would help someone.

This comment is in relation to the appointment I had yesterday with the lovely staff from the Sexual Health Clinic.From the lovely ladies sitting at the front desk being so kind and attentive to my doctor (Sen Cassidy) who had checked me up and I am feeling really better after a very long time.Yesterday morning, I had been driving myself mad trying to arrange an appointment with a sexual health clinic. Due to the pandemic, this had seemed more challenging then expected as not many clinics had been picking up their calls let alone to arrange an appointment.But the lady I spoke to had helped me get an appointment on the day and was so lovely to speak to she understood everything and was just a pleasure to speak with.The doctor that had checked me up called Sen Cassidy, had been AMAZING! I have never come across someone who had explained everything in detail and with care. He also gave me some advice and tips on how to prevent my problem. He gave me solutions and he is a true genuine expert in his field. Sen also made sure he got all the details he wanted to get all the right information and I felt so re-assured with his service, I was not expecting to be soo pleased and grateful for the help and support these lovely people had given and I believe you need to give credit where it is due.You guys need to ensure that all the staff at the clinic get some sort of pay rise or job progression. We need to treasure people like them!
