Absolutely awful, order didn't arrive, they lied and said it had been carded" when i told them it had not and had cctv to prove it they then said it will be sent the next day

We have been using this company for quite a while and have been having trouble with one of their machines. Every time I phone up to ask for advice or some help, I am spoken to very rudely and in a condescending tone. Not the best customer service I've ever received!
