I try and stay here every time I’m down here and get 5 star treatment from all the staff from reception, cleaner to waitresses and chef. The rooms are warm in summer but always left a fan. And love the fact there is a bath in bathroom. The rooms are always clean, food is always good

Disaster of a place! First of all when we parked up we spent a few mins watching the rats, then waited 15 mins at reception before anyone turned up, then we went to order food at the beefeater and was told they stopped serving 5 mins ago. THEN…… 1am we’d had enough of the toilet re pressurising ever few minutes and the screaming child next door. Packed our bags, went to reception only to get told “I can offer you a complimentary breakfast Sir”! At 1am I was in no mood for usual premier inn rubbish, ended up with another room but had to pay for it!!!!!!

The staff were very friendly and the room was clean. The showers over the bath are not too safe and proper showers without a bath would be a better option. Breakfast in Sainsbury's over the bridge is a good alternative.

Stopped here at the end of day 4 of a 6 day charity bike ride. Arrived wet and very dirty. The staff were very understanding and arranged for me to leave my cycle in a safe place. They also washed some of my dirty clothes.Very impressed with the staff.

Large clean and comfortable room, lovely staff. No air-con but big floor fan and the window opened. Always a bonus in Premier Inns.

Excellent friendly service from Cassidy. She kept my much needed parcels I had delivered safe until my arrival and it was great to recieve service with a smile! The hotel is also well situated next to the A38

Avoid in hot weather as the fans they supply are are completely ineffective. Standard of cleanliness of the rooms is poor. Shower over bath and the bath is very slippery when wet. Reception staff outstanding, so helpful nothing is too much trouble for them.

Here for the week with work. Awkward place to get into off a very busy roundabout leading into Plymouth centre, looks like it needs updating, tired. Tried ringing twice on day of arrival to confirm booking, nobody answered on both occasions, the first Tel number also a premium number, not good enough. A Beefeater adjoined which is good but a little pricey.

Bus stop right outside. Fabulously clean rooms, even saw housekeeping dusting lampshades. Bar staff and check in/out polite and cheerful, and our starters as dinner were delicious.
