Vicarage Farm Dental Centre

I’ve recently joined this dental centre and have only dealt with Dr. Nimmi Patel. She is nothing short of a 5 star dentist who is enthusiastic about her work. She’s kind, patient, sympathetic, non judgmental and good at her job! I’ve had heavy dental work done recently under her care and she’s made sure I left feeling confident. She gives good advice for future steps on taking care of teeth as well. She was also very calm & patient with my baby who is well afraid of doctors! Overall, I have had a good experience, even the staff and receptionists and very professional.

More than happy to leave a 5* review, the experience was great from start to finish. Had my children’s appointments with Dr Nimmi Patel she was very professional, informative, friendly,puts you at ease, and genuinely seems like she cares. Would certainly recommend this practice to anyone!

I had the most amazing experience with the Dentist, Miss Liang and Dental Nurse, Brenda!They answered all my questions and concerns with thought and care and also took the time to explain my dental regime. They were both very kind and I will be asking for Miss Liang again!Thank you both again!

Outstanding service and Dr Nimmi Prakaskumar Patel, her assistant and Raj on front desk. Knowing my nervousness about the procedure Miss Patel has gone above and beyond in her care of me and to reassure me that I will have my smile soon. Went to the dentist after a long time and needed a good clean. I was really self conscious and was kind of dreading the whole ordeal. But Dr Nimmi did made me feel comfortable and in the end very happy with my teeth. My husband was given expert advice where she explained each step of the process making us feel at ease! I've had a fair bit of work done on my teeth recently by Dr Nimmi Patel. I have to say that she is very welcoming and always upbeat, am very happy with the work she has done, the dentistry is always painless. Another thing I like about her particularly is the way she talks you through the procedure as it is happening, most informative, I would fully recommend her to anyone.

Will definitely give 5 star they were very helpful especially when I felt hesitant. They were very patient and didn’t judge when I had to keep coming back due to severe tooth pain, very kind and gave the best options that suited me. I will definitely go back here for checks. Getting appointments were very easy and the receptionists were lovely, they make sure you get quick appointments. The place is also a welcoming and clean environment.

Great customer service and client care . Iv had a few problems with my teeth recently and Nimmi was always able to help fix the problems. Within every one of my treatments she showed great communication whilst being very honest and polite.

AVOID!!!Been going to them since I was a kid and now I’m 21, their treatments are poor and the fillings cracked after a couple months which lead me to severe pain and discomfort, they also put fillings in my two front teeth as they had decay and a bit of cavity on the upper area near the gum, after those couple months it was completely stained and discoloured and did not look natural at all which ruined my smile and left me inseucre. I booked an appointment recently but I missed the appointment as I had food poisoning and I called them to tell them that I couldn’t make it, they instantly spoke over me and said “you missed this appointment and we can’t have you as a patient anymore” and ended the phone on me.I don’t understand how missing one appointment means that I get excluded from the services this practice provides and felt really disrespected as they were very rude about the whole situation… over 1 missed appointment.IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD! HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.
