Scammed by B&Q verified sellersI have been scammed by B&Q verified sellers, I bought TV unit through B&Q website and I have realized that it comes from one of their verified sellers who is actually selling them on Amazon for almost half price. B&Q customer service is the worst CS I have ever dealt with, they are not trained, have no information and not showing any intention to help you. I was unable to hear or talk to them in one instance because of the the other people in the background sounding like the person was talking from a bar with people laughing madly and talking very loud in the backgroundLong story short the seller didn't accept to make a price match and replied with stupid answers that sometimes websites have glitches and the prices can look cheaper which is 100% a lie as the price was the same for at least 1 month on Amazon and still half price till nowB&Q did not take any responsibility or offer any help and said to speak to the seller who of course didn't do anything and seems they just play the role of intermediates to take a commission of sales with no responsibilities towards the customerTook the decision not to buy anything again from those scammers

I use this store all the time for both DIY & the Garden centre & there's one guy who stands out every time. Today I brought a real Xmas tree & once again he was there so willing to help. I think he might be Australian, not sure but just wanted to say this guy is standout full on helpful every time I go to store. If you have a employee related schemethen please put this guy to the top of your list & reward him.

My own fault I guess i should have made a point and stood my ground (but was rushing)..... shelf price ticket says one thing, got charged more at till. When I said this all I got was I'll go take ticket off in a minute. Actually this was a bit naughty and a tad not legal. But hey what can you expect when most ( not all) staff don't want to know and often can't be bothered. If another branch was closer I'd be going there.

For DIY lovers you can find so much from this store. The prices are fair and customer service is pretty good. From painting to flooring you'll have so many options. I highly recommend this l place. They are open the weekend as well and there's enough space to park.

Had an excellent experience within this store with Jason Nugent ,Jason helped me plan my kitchen and injected a wealth of knowledge and experience into doing so,extremely thorough and well mannered, I didnt feel rushed even though I took nearly 2 hours of Jasons time. He created a great 3d plan of my new project and did a amazing job of it.Jason was having his dinner when I came back to the store after needing to confirm some small details with my partner and he even cut his break short just to get the project through so I didnt have to wait around. A true asset to the B and Q company and I would recommend him to all, thank you for all you did..

Just got the back to the kitchen island with the rest of the complete complete refit that started in, well 4 months later still haven't finished.After 15k they wouldn't give a credit note for 2 floor samples.Dave who they say doesn't work there, added cupboard fillers, they go inbetween. 15 hinges short. . . . . Some say we didn't order them, got cupboard we didn't order but paid for it.Just a umbrella company making 16 bil a year profit.Have spent hundreds there over the years on tools. . .

Great!I’m of the DIY persuasion so I like spending time here. There’s lots to see and buy and they have a wide range of products.Staff are generally competent and they have toilets on site (back right as you go in, near the lighting section).Only thing missing is somewhere to eat/drink but there is almost always a food van outside and you can go anywhere locally for anything else you might need.

Missed the delivery parcel after waiting for them all morning which is reasonable and common issue. But when I try to arrange a redelivery following the card left and their instructions, the staff is not friendly and keep intrupting me. They said they would call me tomorrow until I show a little unpleasant mood and also ask me maybe to call them instead. The chaos of their management and rude staff really mess everything up nevertheless the less effcieint delivery system they use. Disappoined...

Big store that has a lot of variety. We bought a good brand lawnmower. The staff are a bit of hit and miss because you can never really find anyone. But as they stock most things good if you want to do some DIY.

Found what I wanted but problems when I went to pay. All the self service tills weren't working and only 1 till open and there was a problem with the customer that was being served and queues started to build up. Eventually they opened another till but could have done it a bit sooner.
