We have received great service from Rob and the rest of the team. My nan was in good hands, they came to collect her and made her bed , left a flower and bowed when they left. What a genuinely nice touch. Thank you once again for all your support

From the first phone call through to a meeting with Megan to plan the funeral and all the way to the service itself they were absolutely professional and compassionate. They did offer various options but we're never pushy and were very willing to give time to think. Our director contacted us before the day and went through and confirmed everything. We would highly recommend Neville's.

I was in awe over the attention, care, and deep respect that everything was handled. It was very comforting to know that our loved one was given such a fitting farewell. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.

From start to finish Abbie helped to make a difficult and sad situation easier to handle. She was professional yet friendly and nothing was too much trouble.On the day of mum's funeral James was kind and attentive and incredibly respectful of our needs and he ensured that we were happy with every stage of the day.Alongside the professionalism of Nevilles there remained a sense of the personal touch in everything. The level of service and care that we received went above and beyond people just doing their job!

We recently used Neville for my grandfather's funeral service following the good experience we had previously had with my grandmother. I am pleased to say that they're wonderful customer service, value for money and support has not changed one bit . I was particularly impressed by their ability to talk you through the process and arrange/ organise your funeral with other agencies, in our case, using a London double decker bus instead of a hearse. They could not have done anything better. We were just 100% satisfied with no room for improvement that I could possibly see. Most local agencies such as florists are well aware of Neville and likewise, work with them to make sure that your loved one gets the send off that they would want. At the same time they keep things convenient, cost effective and easy for those that are grieving and bereaved

Organising a funeral for a loved one is difficult at the best of times. I don’t normally leave google reviews, but the care and attention to detail shown by Kerry from their Dunstable branch was outstanding, and I felt it only fitting to do so. With the close family scattered over the four corners of the country she made it seem less. Thank you Kerry.

In the few weeks since our father passed away I've had to deal with many different agencies to manage his affairs, and Neville Funerals is the only one that was problem-free from beginning to end. Everyone I spoke to at Neville's was professional and extremely helpful, right from the moment we first contacted them.I'd like to particularly mention Abbie at the Luton branch. If I had a question, she promptly had an answer or a suggestion to help me with; at no point was I left wondering what needed to happen next. Amazing service. Both my mum and dad went thru Nevilles... for there funerals. The lovely Emma saw to both... she's so kind and caring... and nothing was any trouble ...Highly recommended.

This review is long overdue. OUTSTANDING experience with this company.My father passed away unexpectedly in July 2019. My brother lives in the Philippines and I live in the United States so it took us a couple of days to get home. Unfortunately my brother would only be able to stay in England for a week and we had to make all of the arrangement for our dad in a very short time. The day we both arrived we met with Chris at Neville's. My brother and I have never had to plan a funeral before and had no idea where to start. We had just lost the most important and dearest man in our lives and it was just a very difficult time. Chris is a warm, compassionate ultimate professional who quite simply took care of everything. He advised us that the process usually takes 3-4 weeks. After explaining our time constraints Chris had everything arranged within 5 days. This must have taken a herculean effort on his part. The service for our dad was absolutely beautiful. Not one detail was overlooked and the staff were remarkable. I am so impressed with Chris and cannot thank him enough for everything he did. We miss our dad every day but Neville's helped us say goodbye with grace and a lot of love.
