Very disappointed with this hair dresser I had a appointment I got there in time the shop was closed when I got there had to ring them and wait 20 mins for them to come and open the shop I had to wait for her to eat her sandwich and drink tea first before she started my hair made me feel very uncomfortable the shop was very messy nothing was organised. Didn’t section my hair for a trim the woman just began to cut big chunks out of my hair then decided to wash it first before I had it cut went over to the sink for a wash the sink was very grimy and dirty with hair still in it from the day before I walked out very upset the woman kept ringing my phone telling me to come back because someone else was coming to finish my hair I didn’t go back it was a horrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend this hair dresser to anybody.

Got my hair box braids 3 weeks ago. They were very Friendly also polite and the price was great. Will definitely be returning. My hair still looks new so happy to find them.

service was terrible, overpriced, had to wait 30 minutes because when i got to the shop it was closed

Would AVOID this place had my cornrows done before I got them done I went into the shop twice to show my hair the owner said it was long enough so I got them done 1 day later the hair started coming out n being loose so I contact the owner which she started to make excuses saying I washed my hair which I did only light water not much cuz I had cornrows in the past which I did not have any issues so then she booked me in for tue at 12pm only to be called 10mins before appt to say I have to close the shop n go even on the day off the appt for cornrows was booked for 2.30 after 45mins waiting they started to do my hair so I went back to show her the hair which is loose n hair coming out she just finding excuses to blame it back on me saying I said not to do it tight when I didnt say that n not be interested then the cheek from her daughter saying she'd redone it but would charge £80 extra when originally I paid £25 which the hair didn't last a day after I had cornrows then I went for a haircut on side n back now she saying cuz yu had a haircut the hair gone small would avoid if yu want cornrows I had enough off listening to the excuses n walked out waste off time n money NEVER AGAIN

The lady who did my hair was amazing. She did the perfect size for an affordable price.

Took my child to get his hair braided, didn't like the fact that the woman had ask my child If his hair was his own real hair?? When she could see with her own two eyes, it was his own hair. Even though I told her on the phone ( I guess black Caribbean people real not allowed to nice natural hair. Was quoted higher price then got there price was slightly reduced. Found her abit rude...Son was happy with his hair. Parting were slightly wonky, scalp had a little abit of residue.

Good service an Good pricesTook our daughter to have her hair done braids/ French plaits, she loves them an we thank the lady she did a great job an was careful an caring to my daughter, an ask her through the process if she happy an what she would like to help her.

I went into this hair salon on an off chance they could weave my hair, they directed me to the place to buy my hair from and booked me in there and then for that afternoon. I got there a little bit late but they made me feel so comfortable, staff are lovely prices are amazing and the weave they have done on my hair is 10/10 no lie, can’t wait to go back in 6 weeks for a new set of hair extensions. Thank you ladies you’ve gained a customer forever ❤️

Did my daughter's hair amazingly. Didn't find staff that friendly but my daughter was very pleased with her hair, also prices are very good. X
