Took Patch for his first visit to our new vets today.Patch behaved great the vet gave him a good check up and a booster needle .The vet at StraitonsWas very helpful and great with Patch so I'm giving them a big thumbs up from Patch

We have to go monthly due to my dog having addison’s disease. Every month all the staff are lovely and efficient with getting us in and out whilst still receiving good care. Due to my dogs condition she is very anxious, and the vets, nurses, and receptionists are all so good at making sure she feels comfortable and doesn’t panic. Would not go to any other vets.

Been taking our various pets to this vets for nearly 40 years now, and have never had cause to question their expertise. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to register their pet with a vet. In particular, the vet Steve Foster at Rugeley, and Laura on Reception, are extremely helpful and friendly at all times. Steve is very good at explaining things and addressing any concerns we have had around our cat's illness and medication.

The vet and receptionist are always friendly and helpful. Happy with how my very anxious dog is treated. Wouldnt go anywhere else.
