Very bad experience. The lady literally ruined my hairs. Even I argued vd her for 30minutes to fix it but she kept on saying it wil get fix in 2 weeks. I asked for short layers. And she made short bob. I had read bad reviews before going but thought may be everyone has own experience and by the end this was the result. Very disappointed.

Sadia did my eyebrows and can honestly say she did a fabulous job. I have never been so pleased with the way my eyebrows have been done as I have today. There was no rushing, she took her time and gave me a wonderful experience. Will defo be coming here again!

A very pleasant first experience here! Hadn't made an appointment. Spoke to Farida on the phone the day before to check - can make an appointment or just walk in. Farida spoke kindly and gave costs of each of the threading treatments. Waited about 5mins, then sat in chair. Explained I wanted eyebrows tidied (keeping it natural). Amina understood and I liked the result! Upper lip and chin also done. It was quick and easy! Thank you Amina!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Eternal Roop, and I must say, it was a truly enchanting experience that left me feeling pampered, rejuvenated, and utterly satisfied. My hairdresser, was a true artist, offering suitable advice regarding my hair colour and did the job to perfection. Very pleased with the result, will come back again.

Took my Children for a haircut and couldn't be happier. For the first time my children felt comfortable and happy having a hair cut. The staff member was very patient and polite. My kids and I will most certainly be returning again and again. Thanks

I’ve had my hair cut here before and it was done really well. Unfortunately the lady who did it wasn’t in this time. I asked for a trim and LONG layers and LONG feathers. The hair dresser last time understood exactly what I wanted and it looked amazing.The hairdresser I had this time made the layers and feather so short even though I specified several times I wanted them LONG almost unnoticeable. I’ve attached photos to this review - does the layers look long? They’re so short I can barely tie my hair without them falling out - this is not what I wanted at all. The very least she could’ve done is cut my trim straight, I mean how hard is it to cut a straight line? Even the trim is messed up, it’s so jagged and not straight at all and VERY obvious when I wear my hair down.If that all wasnt enough she even overcharged me. £28 for all that but when I had it done a few months ago it was under £25. Never ever coming here again

I have been getting my eyebrows threaded here for about 6 years now. At first they were done perfect and I was very happy with the service, however recently it has been terrible. My eyebrows are now extremely thin and uneven and I will have to grow them out again. The staff appear to be tired of their jobs and no longer provide good services.

Not pleased with the rude staff. Had a hair cut for my daughter, not happy with the outcome. The lady was not bothered to listen to the way I need her to cut. She was in a rush. We were the second or third customer at that time just after they had open the salon for the day. Everyone who saw my daughter after the hair cut asked me if daughter had cut her hair by herself. Staff got to learn to be polite to their customers first. Simply a genuine smile on their faces is all they have to learn. Not going there again.

Got a hair cut from Amina, Best hair cut in ages! I'm so glad I finally found a good hair dresser! Excellent service, very professional and kind. Her skills and experience at this were quite obvious and evident! I'm only going to her from now on for haircuts!
