Some hampers from a bulk order didn't arrive and instead were sent back. When chased up to arrange redelivery was not able to be delivered until 4 days later. No apology from Virginia Hayward staff, no alternative delivery options, only able when pushed to apologize for THEIR chosen delivery courrier, no responsibility take. Staff need customer care training.

I'm delighted with the 'Extraordinary' hamper received as a present for my parents. The hamper contains such a wide range of foods; delicious fruit cake, tasty strawberry biscuits, tomato crisps, plus wine and condiments of jam and chutney. I don't know what more you could want from a hamper! It's a good price for the quality you get, the delivery was also pretty quick, having been delivered within 3 working days. Would recommend.

Appalling service, stay away from this company would be my advice unless you have an abundance of time to chase your delivery back and forth from them. These hampers are available from other sites, saving yourself the stress and hassle. Until this company sort their website, sales emails, sales team out, don't bother. It has been terrible communication from beginning to end. It took them two days to respond to the 'live chat'., what does that tell you! If I could post zero star I would.

On a 25th November I have ordered A Touch of Class Gift Basket CODE: 82254. It's a big Christmas Hamper that was to be delivered to company address. After chasing the order for over 2 weeks I was informed that it got returned, as they couldn't find the address!This is simply unacceptable, as the courier din't contact us, should he had issues with finding the company address, that's hard to miss!Such a disappointment, as it's too late now to get another one in time!

Placed an order with them in November, everything was fine with that order. Placed an order with them in December using my admiral rewards and they removed and cancelled my cash back. When I questioned admiral why this was they said I’d used another company for my reward. This is a complete lie and not true. I didn’t claim any cash back for November’s order. I used the affiliate link with admiral for My December order and Virginia Hayward took the cash back reward from my account. Disgusting behaviour. I won’t be shopping with them anymore. They lure you in using affiliate links and then don’t want to pay you your reward. I will state this very clearly. I received no reward or Claimed for a reward with another company for my November order. Decembers order you removed my cash reward...... don’t make me out to be dishonest because you don’t want to pay out genuine cash rewards, Telling admiral I had received a cash reward from another company.

BUYER BEWARE!In October we ordered 18 hampers for our team as a gift, costing nearly £1,000.13 of the Mistletoe hampers were delivered to our team and they were nothing like described on their website.There was a total of 5 substitutes that we were not told about, nor would we have purchased if we were told.The worst being the adorable lidded basket with leather straps
