The overall experience was okay.... The person at the till wasn't friendly at all, we were confused and he didn't help us at all instead wanted us to hurry up.... Food was decent.

Long story short 0 customer service from a team member Mahbub when we visited this branch on 21/07 lunch time , we asked for few footlang tuna sandwich which apparently they ask if you wish to double the portion not sure how he made it from on mind and topped all our sandwiches with more tuna end up by paying a fortune for this sandwich when asked after paying it turns out we asked for extra Tuna which 100% isn't true management couldn't do anything and asked to complain to the head office to resolve this which I'm taking it further with this branche due to the lack of customer service and training, no supervisor or manager present at the time to resolve this complaint and rather go to customer care in head office to make sure this branche is investigated asap .Avoid this Subway at all cost as you will be disappointed.

Excellent service! Friendly and great food. The fact that this location is open late is also a huge plus to any travelers staying in the area. Bread is fresh, sandwiches are tasty, and the staff are outstanding, especially CJ, who is one of the nicest, friendliest workers you will meet.

Be aware everyone, the cashier is an absolute scammer, I visited this shop on 16th September, They charge me extra and when I noticed and asked for a Receipt , he printed a different receipt which had a different bank card detail than what I paid with.A few minutes later two french tourist were complaining that they charged them 51 Euros for two sandwiches. Please be aware of these scammers and always ask them for a menu price and Receipt and a break down of what you ordered and check your receipt carefully . I’m really sorry for this brunch and the poor management which thought the workers how to empty people’s pockets.

BEWARETry to scam more money and rude staff. I attended this stablishment after working last with a college. While the establishment seemed nice from the outside the same couldn't be said inside.Depsite closing seeing to the public the floors were still dirty and strewn with food. But I pushed passed it to place out orders as nowhere else was open at the time.My college got the order she requested with the mi's understanding that she asked for a margarita slice not garlic slice as it causes her indigestion. To further add to this the employee made her uncomfortable nurmerous time trying to engaging in flattering conversation despite the amount of times she tried to distance herself from him, a side of harrasment with that order anybody.Secondly I myself order just a single slice of garlic bread got charged for two and when I stayed that I specifically asked for one they charged me for two and used the excuse it was because they was closing up which is observed as if the aim was to reduce waist then the employee could have used it for the sub they was making themselves during my order rude and disrespectful.As somebody who works in high end hospitality and love the occasional cheep franchise aesthetic I strongly recommend giving this subway a hard pass

The customer service is that poor, it’s like they don’t want you to eat there. I love the simplicity and good choice at Subway but the service is atrocious.My sub was baked for some reason a couple of times, and so much so that the paper had welded itself to the bread. When they smashed it together at the counter I didn’t even bother saying anything as it was obvious it’s just a take your cash and smash food into a bag type of service.

Staff complained to each other while in standing in front of them that I didn’t buy any of the upsells. Asked me three times if I wanted a foot long every time I said no and then ten seconds later “foot long sir?” No I’ve already told you twice I don’t want it. Then they finish and they go “he didn’t want nothing didn’t buy anything extra “ under his breath. Poor

Manager Mahboub is very rude , zero customer service ; need URGENT attention and training. We got charged £14 extra . AVOID

Absolutely terrible customer service. Completely disinterested monosyllabic employee that wouldn't even bother trying to explain the new menu changes. Walked out halfway through him making some sort of attempt at serving" me! Avoid like the plague!"
