With the passing of my mother I chose Memoria and couldn't fault their service from start to finish, from the choice of Celebrant, Kate Wood, to the tweaks that were wanted. Quona was especially helpful and after everything I saved £1400 over the nearest local funeral director, highly recommended

OMG! WHAT A JOKE THIS COMPANY IS !!! Total and utter Cowboys from start to finish! ........................................................So, I paid upfront as expected the day after my husband died, got all the promises in the world that everything was in their hands and would go smoothly.... as if !!! 10 days later I get the Hospital ringing asking why I hadn't organised my husband's removal from the mortuary. The Hospital latterly informs me that my husband was taken from the Hospital by a local" Funeral Director on their behalf. Think that ends it??? not on your nelly !!! I then start chasing my husbands ashes.... "who dealt with your case I was asked"?? what? I'm suffering the loss of my husband and they expect me to do their job - gimme a break! Then suddenly I get a phone call that the ashes can be delivered with no notice at all.... then it all went quiet

Memoria Funerals have been very professional and helpful with everything regarding the funeral of our brother. They offer amazing quality of funeral for a lot cheaper price than most of our local choices. We feel everything went as well as it could have been and Memoria has been definitely the right choice.
