Had my eyes tested and ears cleaned and was very thorough and well done! All the staff who helped me today were very friendly and helpful. Very chatty one of them which was very nice, made me more comfortable with all of it as have Autism. But all round splendid! Got my ears finally cleaned and can hear fully after so long! And now waiting for my glasses and sunglasses which will be delivered within a week. Very great service and staff! Would highly recommend here for your eyes and ears!

I turned up today at Specsavers, Heyford Hill, Oxford with a pair of glasses that inexplicably developed a break halfway along one of the arms. Without any fuss the lenses were taken out and put into a replacement pair of frames. my other pair were also adjusted, again without any quibles.Fantastic service with a smile from Roy and the team who I'd wholeheartedly recommend anyone to visit and use for your optical needs.

Came here as I was able to get in quickly at the weekend but usually visit the Didcot branch. So pleased I did - the team were amazing, hence my need to write a review. So attentive, took loads of time helping me choose my glasses and were really approachable, friendly and fun. Everything was explained fully during my eye test and I came away feeling really pleased I had made more of a journey out to the store - nothing was too much trouble. Thanks to the team of four gentlemen - didn’t get their names but they were fab.

I went for an audiologist appointment. The treatment was explained clearly, I received good advices too. The staff was very friendly and professional from the greeting to the leaving all along. I'm very happy with the service I received, when I will need any of the provided services, I know I can come back and have a good experience again. This is exemplary customer service. Thank you.

From the moment I arrived to the moment I left everyone was amazing. Khadija was very professional, explaining everything about the eye tests and results before being handed over to the team to choose glasses. I mainly dealt with Chris who was super helpful with all aspects of my visit but I had a lot of input and help from three other staff. I finally left with three pairs of glasses on order and looking forward to going back when they are ready. I would highly recommend this branch! Thanks to Chris and all the team!

My eye test was thorough and efficient, the appointment was made easily and quickly. I picked up my new glasses a week or so ago along with my contact lenses. They are both fine and have improved my view of the world. I popped back in today to have the arms on my specs tightened and a nice young man did this for me in minutes.They have always been pleasant and efficient.

The customer service from all of the staff from the optician assistants and the optician is brilliant very friendly and helpful. This is my second time using the heyford hill branch. I can not fault them, while I was sitting and waiting I saw a few people come in just for repairs and they all left very happy.

I can't recommend them enough. I took my son in there with an eye issue, they slot him in immediately without an appointment. He had damaged his eye quite severely requiring him to go to Eye A&E, as the ER is closed on a Sunday, they arranged emergency medication for him. Friendly, efficient and exceptionally professional.
