The team arrived promptly and proceeded to install our new system professionally and confidently.This was not straight forward due to the lack of any visible attempt at labelling of the different lines by the previous supplier, but this large job was completed successfully and quickly.

After struggling with our phone system for years having constant problems with a total lack of service, we recently switched to Redline and we wish we had done it sooner! The implementation was seamless and they are always at the end of the phone to help us. None of this waiting around for days while tickets are logged etc, just people who want to help. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We have just updated our phones and changed the network supplier with the help of Redline Telecom. Their service was excellent without any limit on their time spent ironing out all of the issues associated with a new phone set-up. The engineers Rhys and Jake were excellent the day of installation. I would recommend Redline Telecom without hesitation.

Great company with great products and great staff. We have had our fibre and phone system with Redline for almost 4 years. We had an issue with our router yesterday and from the first person to answer our call to the engineer that fixed the issue, the service was excellent and sorted out very quickly.
