Abysmal! We tried to donate a bed. Waited all day for collection to be told by driver he wouldn't take it because of minor damage on the inside of the frame. Called to complain, no answer and mailbox is full. Google makes me put one star so I can post - it's a zero from me.

Bought a safe of these guys on the 25th may 2022, still not arrived as of 24th July, promised delivery dates have been missed and now not replying to messages, now in the hands of the courts for a refund, don't use them, there an absolute waste of time

I have been in this shop loads off times l don't recommend u go there the place stinks the settees furniture they sell are stinks and scratch they need be closed down they sell stuff well over price the staff in this shop don't help you what so ever they sell settees well over price and have holes in them the beds they sell are smelly fridge freezers well over price u can buy new ones better price aswell l recommended u go 2 other second hand shops avoid this shop also l seen few rats around in this shop again its has 2 be the stinking second hand shop in North East poor quality furniture poor quality staff they only care about your money making a large profit this shop cons people out of money charging 2 mutch l wouldn't buy my stuff in there what l seen also staff has not no care in world how they get stuff out the van or put it in again well open it's stinks off wee the settees they had in and beds are smelly stinking l recommended u buy your things elsewhere don't go there again l rate this place 0/5 don't give them your money dont buy there settees if u do ? U could end up with rats in them and dog fleas they have poor quality stuff in don't buy that's my advice go somewhere cleaner shop needs be be closed down that what l think

Non existing customer service!!!! They advertise in different market places but are unable to sell and locate their own goods once you show interest. I still checked out their online shop and decided to purchase a sofa I liked, paid for transport. Then had to find that their transport service was not available for the next two weeks. Ok , fair enough, I organised it myself and the sofa is ok and does the job but I am still chasing the refund of my transport fee. Several calls and emails later no reaction.EDITING after weeks I finally was successful and had my call returned and my transport money returned. I just wish it would not have been such a hussle.

I don't know how it is to buy in store but I ordered a set of dinner table with 4 chairs and I regret for this mistake I made. My order was initially scheduled for delivery 10 days (YES, TEN DAYS) after the date of my order, during which I and my family had no other table to eat our meals and that was just the beginning! After several emails and phone calls, they finally accepted to deliver before new year (!). This date was 3 days after the initial delivery date but again the delivery hasn't arrived by the time agreed and there's neither a message nor a call from the organisation. Completely unreliable organisation that should be avoided.
