Diana is really good at hair colouring! Third time I have used her services to get my hair done and loved it every time. She takes her time, explains everything in detail, listens to what you want and delivers! Thank you so much and thank you the delicious baked bread :)

I am honestly so disappointed with the service I have received. After being such a loyal customer for a long time and bringing new clients to this hairdresser. Her attitude and customer service skills really needs further attention.I’m so disgusted by her behaviour in how she treats her clients and it seems now she has become more recognisable the money has gotten to her head.To charge someone £120 for a root touch up is absolutely outrageous! And when I have then given my opinion on this you decide that we aren’t a match to work together.It’s nice to know this is how you really treat your clients.Do better. Wish I could give 0 stars instead

I would give 0 if i couldDiana is very moody i have been her regular client from very long but dissapointed by her customer service recently when she did not tone my hair properly i sent her picture of orange hair next day she did re do my toner but refused to serve me now because she didn’t do he job right for what i paid more than £250Once you are her client she had attitude problemWhen i tried to book her recently she told me to find any other hairstylistI have even notice her insta stories mentioning bad things about her clients and quotesI hope she understands customer service and become more professionalShe has already lost many clients I refered her already due to her behaviourI did comment before but diana delete my comment and blocked meIt is confusing how she only has good reviews as bad ones get deleted and blocked everytime
