I did a google search for a florist locally to the recipient and came across Bobby's Flowers. I called through to Bobby at 2.40pm to see if they could arrange an urgent local delivery. Bobby was out so he took all of my details and asked a colleague to call me back which happened in minutes. The bouquet was subsequently in the hands of the recipient within 50 minutes.The service I received was exceptional. There's no other word for it and would not hesitate to use again or recommend.Thank you for putting a smile on the recipients face and in quick time too. She loved the flowers.

I called Bobby's Flowers for a last minute delivery. Boyan was so helpful described what flowers were available and put together a beautiful bouquet for a birthday present. It was so easy and the flowers were delivered within the hour! He even wrote out the message I asked for on a card. The birthday girl was thrilled and sent a picture of them and I was so happy he had put such a nice bunch together that I hadn't even seen!Thanks again, I will definitely call again.

Great service and arrived as hoped. I was a little nervous about doing a 'surprise' delivery in Central London but the Orchids I ordered were delivered the next day without any issues. She was very happy with them. Highly recommended.

I called Bobby’s Flowers late yesterday afternoon and needed four large bouquets for an event that I was managing the next morning (today). When I arrived this morning and collected the bouquets I was blown away, the colours, the size and quality of flowers was great! I cannot thank you enough and will be using you guys again (with more notice in the future!)

Amazing company and amazing service!! I ordered flowers from eflorist and they messed up the order which meant I had to find another company to deliver flowers within two hours! I found Bobby's and they delivered within an hour of me calling them. They were so friendly and helpful. The flowers were beautiful too!! Highly recommended!!

Called at 8am for a delivery around the corner, emailed instructions minutes after the call, delivery arrived a couple of hours later to a very pleased recipient at her desk!Friendly over the phone - quick, efficient and the flowers were full of colour and fresh.Exactly what you need from a city-based florist. Will definitely use again.

I ordered flowers over the phone so was trusting them to do a good job and deliver- they sent a wonderful big bouquet which was delivered within 2 hours of placing the order- great service over the phone too and texted confirmation of delivery. Will use again.
