I needed a stairlift at quite short notice. Ableworld were fantastic and the appliance was in with minimum fuss 48 hours later.Moving on and again due to a change in my condition I needed a hospital bed for my upstairs bedroom. The bed would not fit pastthe stairlift. After contacting Ableworld they arranged for the fitter to call round as soon as he could. An excellent response, thank you.

I have been an Ableworld customer for several years and have always found their service to be first class in every sense. Caroline and Heather in the shop are so friendly and helpful. No request is ever to big or small and all handled with a smile. As for their engineer Stuart his knowledge knows no bounds. A true master of his profession. No hesitation in awarding them all 10 out of 10.

Recently purchased second hand mobility scooter and was told needed new batteries. Called Able and spoke to Caroline who suggested I call in to see servicemen.Was met by Stuart/Stewart who took battery pack to renew batteries. Came back short time later to explain batteries were fine, only a fuse had blown. However, charger I was given was incorrect. Stuart called my wife to check details of charger from our original scooter - and it was a match. So instead of costing for new batteries and charger, I was asked to make a charitable donation.Couldn't believe the service, absolutely first class. Cannot recommend highly enough.Thoroughly enjoyed our break away and scooter was excellent. Will certainly be returning for a service.Many thanks.J Burke
