Had a great experience here. Lynn was amazing and helped calm my nerves when it came to finding the perfect engagement ring. She gave excellent customer service both before and after sale so thank you very much to her.

Came the day before my wedding, disappointed that my previous attempts to buy a ring from a different online company had not worked out as hoped. Lindsey was very helpful in helping me find a replacement that I liked, and together with her colleagues managed to get the ring resized and ready in time for the ceremony the next day. So in sum, I had a great experience at Chisholm Hunter, and would definitely recommend!

Bought wedding band from here, had been wearing it for less than 3 months and one of the diamonds had fell out. When I took it back, they wanted me to par for repair, when I agreed we didn’t want to pay for it took them another 2 months to get the ring back to me.

We were in buying wedding bands today. We weren't sure what we were looking for and the staff made us feel very welcome. Jaimie, Miriam and Laura were all very helpful. Jaimie and Laura provided us with a coffee and a complementary engagement ring clean and polish. Jaimie talked us through all our options, and helped us find the perfect rings for the both of us. The timing for resizing, engraving and collection all worked perfectly for us. They had a great selection and are a Glasgow based family-run business. Thanks you very much, we are delighted.

My wife and i were just 'passing through' Argyle Arcade on Saturday 26 August, which soon turned into a serious browse.....30th wedding anniversary next year!We had the pleasure of Grace and Seeta look after us. The girls were great. Very knowledgeable and complimentary. Made us both feel at ease throughout.We were conflicted on rings, so we bought both. As you do.Thank you both.

We were in Buchanan Street today looking for something in particular. Monica approached us outside and made our choice very easy. She was highly professional, exceptionally knowledgeable, patient & kind. She made our whole experience so nice and so easy. Bottom line: Do not use Chisholm Hunter - they only care about the sale and then provide honestly the worst customer service I've ever encountered. They will not reply to your emails and will not send you what you want because they do not pay attention to details and do not care about keeping their customers in the loop. Isaac Brown should not be working in their customer services department.Two months down the line and I still do not have the watch and strap I originally ordered - unbelievable.In detail:Ordered a nomos metro + small size strap from their website end of August after speaking with Isaac Brown through their online chat function.Received the watch the following day only to find that the watch was clearly not new - the leather watch strap was very worn, turning brown with creases in the strap and even turning green on the underside of the strap. In addition the small strap they sent me didn't have a buckle or clasp - i.e. useless.Contacted them immediately and complained, Isaac agreed to order a brand new one from Nomos direct.Heard nothing for a month, so contacted Chisholm Hunter myself, who reported the order had been made, BUT they had no idea if the request had been received by nomos or if the watch had been dispatched. Isaac again said he would sort this for me and email me to update of the estimated arrival date. again heard nothing for a few days. Had to contact Chisholm again myself. No reply. Emailed Isaac again - no reply.In the end had to go online to chat and ask to put in a formal complaint before I got to speak to Dustin the manager. He was more helpful and arranged a partial discount to compensate for my time wasted and poor customer service. And agreed to finally send me a new watch strap.Two weeks later, still not received watch strap, had to email again and then received a large watch strap which was too big (I had specified all along a small or medium)Again had to contact them to complain, no replies to two emails. Spoke to Isaac via online chat - again said he would sort it and I asked him to confirm by email. No email received.Today had to complain again and got through to Dustin who has said he will sort it and send a new strap out today/tomorrow. Let's see what turns up...

Excellent service and incredible results!I came into Chisholm Hunter with a box full of old and broken jewelry I had inherited from my gran with the main intention of repairing her engagement ring (which was in a very high state of disrepair) as for a present from my Aunt’s 60th birthday. The results were outstanding! They restored an almost 70 year old piece of well-worn jewelry to what looked like a new ring and in very short notice (just over a week) . My Aunt was overcome with the gift and it made her birthday very special. The staff were helpful, friendly and informative. They carefully looked through all of the other pieces of jewelry with me and advised me on new and creative ways to renew it so I will definitely be back for future repair work. Cannot recommend enough.
