Very difficult to get through on the telephone. It just rings and rings (it's like trying to get through to a GP's surgery. )You cannot order products from the office at the main site. Instead, you have to telephone their head office to order what you want (if they'll answer the phone!)

Informative & helpful staff. Good deliver service. Awful product though. Ordered some '4 mm screeded' top soil. 25% of which was 4mm+ debris of all sorts. Complained about the quality, ordered some more and was promised it would be better quality......it wasn't! Maybe I got unlucky...twice. Fool me once......and all that""

Waiting for one bag of top soil I'm five minutes from quarry phone them at 12.55 waited until 2.45 for return call the only way to talk to anyone with their automated phone system was then told it was being loaded and on the way phone again at 3.50 to be told the driver had gone to Lymington first ! ! ! By the time it gets delivered I'll be shovelling it in the dark as it has to be moved today

Great gravel. My kids loved to chew on the sand. Overall, a lovely place for a picnic and I’ll recommend this to anyone else looking for a nice scenic day out

Absolute shocking service from this bunch. Do not give correct specs on stuff sold. Staff are to busy interested in joking about behind counter. Have cost me an absolute fortune do to inadequate training with staff.

Great selection of gardening stuff as well as aggregates. Prices are good in general. Far cheaper than Jewsons or Travis P for most stuff and all the staff I have come across there are actually helpful (which cannot always be said for everyone at other builders merchants). Great display of paving, aggregates and bricks out the back which is really good to get clients to visit so they can see and choose for themselves (rather than looking at catalogues or on line). Delivery has always been fairly quick. Top place. Did I mention how helpful the guys there are ?
