My experience with Smart Move estate was exceptional. Faz and the team were able to find the perfect flat for me that I rented for almost 5 years and moved out only because I was leaving UK.They are responsive, understanding and provided me with all the necessary support. Not to mention that they were always able to answer all of my questions, fulfilled requests and were available at any needed time.Thank you Smart Move Estates for your great work!

The most rudest and ignorant estate agents I have ever met. Please save yourself the trouble and do not work with this estate agent and especially not Haseeb. Throughout my time of renting a property from this agent, he has neglected his duties and then had the audacity to keep the deposit after I left the property. This estate agents and Haseeb have no humanity nor manners whatsoever.

The best customer service I have ever received. Thank you for your hard work and particular attention to detail in successfully letting my flat in Barking. It was really nice to have a friendly manner at the end of the line, for us to deal with people who do what they say they will do. Rudest, most unhelpful people I have ever come across. They will do anything to get you on board at first even bend the law and advise you how to commit benefit fraud then when it comes to sorting any issues or wanting your deposit back you see another side. They become aggressive, intimidating and that's only if you get a chance to speak to them as they have a habit of ignoring phone calls. They don't show up when they have arranged to meet you just literally leave you waiting on the street. I wish I never had anything to do with them and I advise everyone to not rent a property from this company. Everyone that I know that has dealt with them including other estate agents has heard of them being known for their dodgy dealings. Stay well away!!

The best real estate agency I have ever dealt with, very professional, experienced and helpful. Special thanks to Haseeb who dealt with my all queries with a lot of patience and attention. I have found their service excellent and great communication. I would highly recommend them!

so rude people in the office and they ONLY work in the office for MONEY. if u complain to them, they tall u to leave the property they don't wane take any responsibility very RUDE in that housing agency. If you complain about the property, the come to property start doing record the problem and keep saying that they can't fix because by law they don't have to fix they scared you eve they tell you to fix yourself. Big Lier's into that housing agency. warning people DO NOT Get RENT any property from these scammers you will have to fight with them i know because i been true all this thankyou

My experience with Smart Move estate was very good. They are very professional, experienced and always ready to help. I rented for 1 years and whenever needed any support, I just call them and they always provide necessary support. I moved out only because I was leaving UK.I would also like to recommend their car rental service. I was looking to book cab for airport and then came to know that they also provide car rental service and its really cheaper than ola and uber.Thank you Smart Move Estates and specially Faz for being with me throughout my journey in UK and make things easy for me. Keep doing good work ☺️.

Very disappointed from the service of that agency. Very disrespectful people in the office, unsuppostive , rude and money grabbers. I lost money after 2 years of renting property with them. My deposit went wasted and i havent got it returned. My requests were ignored and even responds received were so inappropriate and abusive. Please, people who want to use their services. STOP and do not make the mistake i made. Find another agent as you risk to get into my situation and lose money. Save your stress and nerves and do not deal with people who dont appreciate your money. They do Not deserve your money.

Very rude on the phoneGot this number from my local council and was told your council gave you the wrong number" and that " I was a risk of not paying rent" that's funny as I've been paying my rent for 3 years elsewhere.Clearly you have no training in customer service and you even put the phone down on me. Is that how you conduct professional business?"

Absolutely useless, if I could give zero stars I would! Wanted to view a property with them rude lady on phone told me she wasn’t sure if it was with them but she would take my details, then questioned why I wanted a 2 or 3 bedroom for a couple, also told that NONE of their landlords accept pets, which is NOT advertised on the property anywhere, told me she would check and let me know. Called back later to try my luck, got the same lady who told me she had checked with the landlord and they had said no to pets, I asked her if she was going to let me know that and she replied yes I would of called you later I’m with a different client right now (didn’t sound very truthful to me). Personally I would never deal with these again even if I didn’t have pets. Woman answering the phone needs some training in customer service.
