Ordered an item and selected next day delivery and a week later still never recieved my item, so went elsewhere to buy it and asked for a refund. However the company replied and said they didn't have the item in stock and would send it when they had it in stock although I specifically said that I got the item somewhere else and wanted a refund. So it took 2 weeks for the company to deliver the item and now I'm expected to pay to send it back for a refund. Would not recommend ordering from this company, their customer service is shocking and they're not worth the 1 star that I had to give them, won't be ordering from them again.

Ordered on 11th Jan and 10 days later have heard nothing even after several phone calls, emails and Facebook messages. Payed with PayPal so case opened which has had no response from the company either.If a company is out of stock, a message to let me know and a refund is all good. No harm, no foul. Why a company would be so incompetent or just so untrustworthy as to take peoples money, not send the goods and let them have to go through the rigmarole of obtaining a refund is beyond me.I suppose this is why they can’t afford to have anyone man their Facebook messenger, pay the email hosting company (my email bounced back as the support email is no longer valid) or answer the phone.In a climate where there are lots of small businesses struggling and it is up to everyone to help them as best they can, it’s a shame that companies like this damage consumer confidence in them.I won’t be buying from this company again and urge others not to either. However, I will be keeping an eye on how long it is until their website disappears leaving more room for legitimate, trustworthy and competent businesses to take their place.

First time using this place found it a bit hard to find due to the change of name but had what I needed

Ordered a Stihl leaf blower online, it hadn’t arrived late afternoon on the day expected so I contacted the customer services and spoke to a lady who was most helpful, pleasant and witty she confirmed my order was on the way. Half an hour later the blower arrived. It started easily, is now in regular use and was bought at a most competitive price. Great!!

Very bad experience.I've ordered an item in January and haven't received it even after 7 weeks.I've called the company 3 times to get na update, emailed support team at least 6 times and even didn't get an answer on my emails.I can tell that this company has real issue with customer service and will lose many customers if they carry on like that :(However, today I was lucky and spoke to someone who was a bit more helpful and helped me to get the refund.Thank you for that!

Not even sure a one star rating is even appropriate. Hugely disappointed. My father received a product that was faulty.The company was informed by a phone call followed up with an email by my mother & a further email that I sent on their behalf! The response stated several issues that the fault could be? “Sales executive “ offered for us to return it over 300 miles to then be tested at their workshop! As he had “A FEELING” it could be fuel related? Seriously! The customers who buy items are quite often extremely educated individuals who certainly do not need such a ludicrous response! The consumer goods act clearly states if you receive an item that is not in working order then a full refund or replacement would be sent out. Policies on London tools website clearly states customer satisfaction, yet it seems I have a sales executive that not only wants to educate my father in the mechanical workings of the tool refuses to replace or refund and is clearly stalling for time. How embarrassing for the company! No apology given, extremely unhelpful and clearly uneducated on policies and procedures relating to consumer law! Disgusting customer service!

Ordered a product that was dead on arrival, sent it back and waited a few days for a refund. Chased and was assured that it was being processed. 10 days passed and chased again and was assured that it was going to be processed - Still no refund and very disappointed.

Phoned to get advice on Stihl strimmers receiving well informed useful details on both Petrol and additionally on battery options which I had not considered. They took time to answer all questions with no hard sell and gave me the reassurance I was looking for.

Avoid this company, took well over a month to receive my items and only after opening a case with PayPal. Very poor response to emails for delivery update or refund requests. It seems to me they take your order knowing they have no stock and then place an order with their suppliers, hoping they receive it quickly.

Having given 5 stars for a previous delivery I am giving 1 star for the delivery I still have not received.Ordered a mower for 1 to 3 day delivery, paid, got my order acknowledgement - then nothing.No contact whatsoever, until I called them 6 days later to be told 'something must have gone wrong'.Promised delivery early next day, still no contact, so contacted them again at 2pm on day of 'early delivery'.After a long ring time the phone was answered with 'allo. I checked if I was talking to London Power Tools, response, 'yeah'.Enquired again regarding delivery, to then be asked what is my tracking number..........er, don't have one of those as I have received nothing from them.After giving postcode I was told - yeah, should be there today.Well thanks for that riveting customer service response.I only saved around £15 from competitors, will be going elsewhere in future, suggest anyone reading this does the same.
