One of the best accommodations in Bournemouth. Prime location with all the facilities. Great restaurant with a variety of options and great service. Special thanks to Chef Rob for making our dinning experience outstanding! Well done guys.

Fantastic hotel with excellent staffs all around. Most caring, efficient hospitality people I have ever met. Bedrooms are very spacious. Highly the recommend the hotel for short or long stays.

We had stay close to the hospital which was a short walk away. The staff were young but gave great service. The sports bar had good sports bar food. The young lady (Aus?) in charge made sure no one waited long. We stayed in a couple of rooms, one of which had knocks and marks but the place was clean. Both accom and food&drink were well priced.

The room was stuffy and airtight, and it felt like suffocating at night! The stall was dirty, no one came to clean the room, and there was a musty smell in the toilet. Air conditioning is not working at all unless you like a wind blowing headache.Strong advise the hotel to change the ventilation facilities to avoid high temperatures and airtight in room.

After staying at quite a few of the Village hotels whilst working all over England for the past 6months I can honestly say this one was the worst!I love the fact they have a gym, a nice bar and a Starbucks just like all the other village hotels but this one just seamed a little less nice".Let me start with what was by far the biggest problem

Great swimming pool , gym sauna etc and an excellent place to watch big screen live football. Good pub grub at a reasonable price. Also good venue for a Xmas party

There are a lot of roundabouts to get to this hotel!Plenty of parking on arrival, free parking for hotel guests at the weekend a bonus. Lovely meeting room for training, treated to drinks, throughout the day. I booked a family room, modern, clean, comfortable, good temperature. I used the pool, it was busy, but check times on google, or ask staff.

This place is FILTHY. Dirty vents, mould, stains all over the mattresses, lots of dust. I also found strains of hair everywhere. BED BUGS everywhere. I literally ended up speaking to a guy in the lift and he said his workplace had put him there for over a month and he’s had to complain so many times. He warned me to be carful about bed bugs in a lot of rooms. Breakfast was not nice at all. Can’t believe they had the audacity to charge £100 for one night. They do have a Starbucks inside which is nice. The conference rooms were okay. Good size. Nice foyer style area outside too.My husband enjoyed the pool. Without a serious renovation I will not be going back.Great parking and local to a lot of things but dirty.

My stay left much to be desired, especially considering its price, which was comparable to central London hotels. While the reception staff were friendly and welcoming, the overall experience was far from satisfactory. The room's cleanliness was a major concern, with a visibly dirty carpet and uncomfortable pillows. The absence of electrical plugs near the bed was an inconvenience, making it difficult to charge my devices conveniently. The bathroom facilities were equally disappointing, as the shower had a design flaw that caused it to flood the floor whenever in use. This not only created an unhygienic situation but also worsened the already soiled carpet. The lack of basic amenities like glasses for toothbrushes and sanitary bags further reflected a lack of attention to detail.Dining at the hotel's restaurant was a letdown as well. The sticky toffee pudding tasted odd, with an unpleasant texture that seemed to have bits of paper in it. Additionally, the chicken tenders lacked proper sauce coating. The breakfast experience was subpar, lacking the advertised vegetarian sausages and serving unsatisfactory coffee.Although the gym had a variety of machines, the uncomfortable heat and malfunctioning air conditioning made it difficult to enjoy a proper workout. The persistent, unpleasant smell in the gym area further detracted from the experience.
