Not very friendly and far from cheapest. wanted to charge labour to fit lowering kit on brand new street triple. Staffordshire triumph offered same brand new bike with lowering kit, heated grips and tail tidy for less than youles wanted for bike alone. Sales guy blamed triumph but in reality it's youles being greedy.

I bought a bike from them the week before the lock down. The whole experience was first class with a warm welcome after a long drive up to Blackburn. Their showroom and professional approach really does put so many other dealers to shame. Unfortunately, with the bike not being used, it highlighted that the battery was on it's last legs. I messaged them on facebook as I knew the store was closed, so wasn't expecting a reply any time soon. Within minutes I had a reply saying that someone would be in touch. True to their word, the following day Philip Youles himself called me to let me know he had arranged to have a new battery couriered overnight to me! Customer service really doesn't get any better than Youles!

Great dealer. Telephoned, visited, chose bike, collected and in shed in about 48hrs. Perfectly presented from the workshop. Pleasant and efficient. A special mention for Royce, who heard my (sob) story with great empathy. He appreciated my need for speed of acquisition and made it happen with plenty of 'phone updates. Thorough handover and walk through, talk through. Minor accessory supplied and fitted. For the record, a 2020 Street Triple RS. Cracking bike, fantastic value and superbly graced with quality components and features that would have cost me extra on my previously considered choice of bike (not Triumph) to the tune of £1700 to get equal spec. The build quality is top notch. Fit and finish likewise. Stumbled on a YouTube review of the 2018 bike recently, where the (UK) reviewer enjoyed the test bike (Youles supplied) more than his own R1. I definitely agree with his thought processes and The 2020 bike is even better. Massively pleased with bike and dealer. First service may be a while though, pesky lockdown...

I would like to share with everyone the excellent experience I have had during the purchase of my new bike. From the first contact with Youles I have been extremely impressed with the professionalism and customer service they provide. They gave me a great deal on a new Speedmaster and Jason made the process easy and stress free.
