17/02/2023I visited the store in market Harborough earlier today with my son's pram after dropping him off at nursery. While I was shopping, I was approached by the security lady, who inquired about my child's whereabouts. After informing her politely that he was at nursery, she proceeded to follow me throughout the store, despite my disability, which made me uncomfortable. I requested that she stop following me, but to no avail. Additionally, the security lady requested that I place my groceries on top of the pram, which I found to be an insensitive request. As a result of this experience, I paid for my items ( even tho I haven’t finished shopping) and I requested to speak with the manager to report the situation. While this interaction with manger did provide some relief, I do not feel that this store is welcoming to mothers or individuals with disabilities, and I do not plan to return.

Monday September 12th. 2022Great to see the delicatessen has re- opened today! Went in just after 8 am and saw the nice ladies just finishing setting out the goodies. I wished them well and said I would pass the word round. They then told me that as I was the first customer to mark the delicatessen's re-opening there was a 'thank you' prize. So I won a £5 voucher which I used against my bill at the checkout. Even better....oh, and there is a 20% reduction on cheeses from the deli as well. Altogether a very good half hour spent in the store. Thank you. ....also very good discount on Mayan coffee both ground and full beans. I do not usually get 'real' coffee but this time I did.

Always very nice and polite cashier. There no queues to the till at all and shop is so nice and tidy! Also there Always someone on shopfloor who can help if I can't find something.

Great local store with local staff. Very friendly and willing to help. Staff always busy and sometimes a little stressed. Need these shops like these to set an example to the low cost retailers.

The go-to location for a pleasant shop. Amazingly helpful staff. The best fresh bread for miles around.Its café is open very early which is very useful. A worryingly high number of #dailyfail readers present which makes it feel slightly like going behind enemy lines, lol.

A busy supermarket. It also acts as a pick up point for John Lewis click and collect items. All the staff are friendly. Well stocked and presented even the fresh meat and fish counters were inviting if a little tight on space. It has a good atmosphere.Outside the carpark is busy and requires patience but it seems to keep moving.Yes, worth a visit.

Don't like the self check out system, not compatable with a full trolly if the reduced manned checkouts get over busy might choose another supermarket.
