I am in Forres on holiday and had unfortunately left my medication at home and had a flare up. The pharmacist was absolutely brilliant. He was able to give me my prescription in five minutes. This actually saved our holiday and saved me being miserable gor a whole week. Can’t thank him enough.

Have had excellent service over many years in Forres branch. Staff very friendly, approachable and willing to assist with concerns. Store carries good stock despite being smaller store.

Sad to say that they’ve been pretty consistently poor with the management of prescriptions, both one offs and repeat scripts.There is very often a sizeable queue and it clogs up the access into the shop.I appreciate it’s a smaller branch, however if I’m in need of an off the shelf product they seldom have it in.

Small town Boots with good selection and friendly dedicated staff. Only downside is parking, but due to the staffs dedication to service I won't drop a star.

Terrible service. Repeat prescriptions always incorrect. Wait for ages to get served. On occasions when meds are not made up I've given them the opportunity to get it ready and I'll come back rather than make it in 10 mins when they are busy and always end up waiting again when I return to simply pick them up- I doubt they were made up in the first placeMoving to clear pharmacy as I'm sick of them!

Terrible service. Always had a wait despite being told I can collect my repeat prescription (30 minutes today) then given half the medication despite it being prescribed. Heard 2 customers be told to go to clear pharmacy across the road as they didn't have their medication.

Pity they dont answer the phone,they let the phone ring for 10 mins and no answer, ok maybe busy but then they should have a receptionist.

Have received wrong medication three different times now, no apology or anything. Long waits to get the problem fixed, a very poor quality service.
