If you have any sat nav issues don't bother . They tried to book me in for a diagnostic check (£145) and couldn't /wouldnt answer if this could potentially pick up and sort the fault . Went on a few forums to find its a common fault around 66 plates, diagnostic check can't fix it and people were quoted £2000 plus for a new unit after having the diagnostic check and wasting £145Also found out its a 1.5 hrs job costing around £300 from a specialist ...bit of honesty would go a long way in these hard times !!

We dropped our T6 4motion in for a service and check up at Yeomans Exeter at 5.30 one evening. I was surprised to receive a call before 10 the next morning saying it was finished and ready for collection.When we collected the van we used our spare key to check it. There where a few items I deliberately did not tell the service team.We were please to see all ltems had been attended to.They also cleaned the van to a very good standardMy only comment would be, I would like to see the front meet and greet desk manned.

Only reviewing the booking in and customer waiting area as dropping of a fleet van. Booked in very quickly and efficiently free tea and coffee and a small waiting area with free Customer WiFi.

I purchased my T6 from Carrs VW vans Exeter from new and i have had it serviced and MOT with them every year.I had my yearly service and MOT done in September this year with them as usual, a few days later the engine management light came on, not sure if it was something they had done or not So i phoned Vw Vans Yeoman Exeter and explained this and was told i would have to wait 8 to 12 weeks to get it booked in so the best thing to do is try another garage. So i did and got it booked in a few days later.I am buying a new T7 hopefully next year when they come out (which i have already spoken with Clive the sales manager about) so i will take the ladies advice and try another garage and buy my new T7 from them.

Had a full service and a couple of issues fixed on my Transporter yesterday.The wonderful lady on the service desk was absolutely fantastic, as we're all of the other members of the team.The van was ready earlier than expected and I was called straight away.From start to finish, the whole experience was first class.

Never answer the phoneBought a brand new van12 months later tried calling to book in a service, no one answers the phone, so pop into dealership 40 miles, whilst I was there inquired about buying a new van, no one contacted me , so gave them a second chance Nothing, so bought a second van from another dealerShockingTerrible service

I had a problem with my T6 Kombi , (still in warranty)vw assist came out and were unable to fix so booked it in to Yeomans but to cut a long story short,they could not look at it for 6 weeks or supply me with a courtesy vehicle until roughly the same date . Van fault said that it would cease to start after 600 miles which I would of exceeded in that timesacaleService staff were no help at all , ended up going to alternative Vw main dealer and hey presto van goes in tomorrow and courtesy vehicle provided with no problemAvoid this dealership unless your prepared to wait a few months to get your vehicle fixed

Popped in as my new transporter kombi is leaking water in the drivers door and the sliding door. Spoke to a very rude abrupt member of staff who proceeded over and over to tell WE CANT LOOK AT IF FOR TWO MONTHS. I tried to reason to say look it’s raining and it’s leaking now so if someone takes a look they’ll see them problem.Completely not interested at all.Avoid this place if you can.
