Very unfriendly and unwilling to help us. No clear place to go for assistance or recognizable staff on site. No staff in high viz and there were forklifts operating in the area. Very disheartening and unwelcoming.

Staff in the yard are helpful but the lane getting to the place is too narrow to have cars backing up onto. If they removed the kerbline on the lane it would help so cars can pass. That being said, prices are competitive and material is well stocked.

Very unfriendly staff in the office. They would hardly look at you and the guy serving me threw my receipt at me. Plus one of the men in the yard was running around in a football top that some might find sectarian. I definitely did not feel welcome in that place.No organisation very unprofessional. I won't be back
