Highly recommend JAD Motors Ltd. for their exceptional customer service; they really know how to take care of their customers and do business with integrity. Both Lewis and Richard looked after me very well from the first time I went to see the car till getting the keys in the follow up visit. I had brought a car previously from their Birmingham branch and that was a good experience so I had faith in the Basingstoke team but I have to say they exceeded my expectations. Very friendly and professional people. Great car collection as well.

Dealing with Lewis and Richard at JAD was easy. From my first visit to owning the car was less than 36 hours and they even managed to get the car serviced in that time too. I think I got fair deal and the part exchange process was simple too.
