If you are looking to stay somewhere where you will actually be able to do some work, do not stay here. Many of the students here do something to break the tennancy agreement and get away with it. Some play music you can hear down the street or some use a different types of drugs on site. The people that run the site are fully aware that all this happens but yet they do nothing about this. I myself was told that I am not streat enough" to work well with the other students. It took me getting threatened with physical violence for anyhting to be done about my issue. The internet never works as it should

Not bad, kinda boring

absolutely rubbish. staying here is a nightmare which i wish to wake up from. there's often loud music and people playing football against the wall in the middle of the night and when i reported this issue, i was told there isn't much they could do on more than 3 occasions. it is almost impossible to study at most times as a result of some idiots playing loud music with no consideration or whatsoever. the boiler frequently flashes red even though someone has been out to look at it. which means that you end up having a cold shower in the morning in this freezing weather. i cant have any visitors because they need to pay £5 every time for fob key to get in which is not worth it as they only stay for couple of hours at most.

Been here for 2 days and alredy want to move out.Endless WiFi issues it doesn't connect half the time. Staff are fairly incompetent and I don't think they even know what there doing. The room I'm in has scuff marks all over the walls and looks awful. My bike got robbed even though it was in the bike storage bit locked with a chain. And fireworks and endless disruption from the street Basically all the time. If you are a student I would look for somewhere else to go because I have faced to many problems already and I've only been here for 2 days. Also the renting price is way to high for the quality of the facility's and rooms.

Where do I start? I have never stayed in a more unsatisfactory accomadation in my life. To start the staff are unhelpful and in some cases purely rude and difficult to deal with. Many cases I have heard they have told other tenants sensitive information about other people staying in rooms and telling people they just have to put up with antisocial and sometimes threatening behaviour from other tenants. Not only this but for a university accomadation you should expect students to be living here who have to access the internet to complete their studies, so why would the internet be so slow that it’s practically unusable? To add to the disruption to students trying to get work done disrespectful tenants would play loud music (to the point it would vibrate the floor and be heard from the street outside) until ridiculous hours. Yes I understand some loud music considering students are living in this accomadation but this was taking it to a new extreme. These tenants would also set off fireworks in the garden close to people’s windows into ridiculous hours of the night. When complaints were made about this by multiple other tenants the reaction was that there was nothing they could do and they “wouldn’t risk someone’s education” by evicting them, regardless of how many sections of the tenancy agreement they were breaking. In many situations the garden was broken into and possessions were stolen from supposedly “secure” locations and threats were often thrown around between tenants to the point some felt unsafe. The corridors outside rooms reek of marijuana and the staff are fully aware illegal substances are being used in their accomadation but yet again were too useless to resolve these issues despite numerous complaints and it being against the tenancy agreement. The rooms were nice enough as long as you enjoy lights that frequently stop working and take near a week to be repaired, beds that have such weak slats that they will probably snap after one night in them and then when they are “fixed” they will break again the next night and a bathroom that has constant plumbing issues. As you can see by the only other two reviews of this hell hole I am not the only one who has had an awful experience here and I’m sure I won’t be the last. If you want a safe place to get an education please do not consider staying here as you will most likely want to leave after a few weeks like many tenants I know.
