Fabulous service. Had hubby's old iPhone screen replaced and new battery fitted in less than 45 mins, very reasonable priced too, pleasant and competent staff

Very approachable and honest customer service . I had a speaker replaced and a new battery all done within an hour. Excellent service I’ll always use this shop in the future. It is based in the cornmill centre, Darlington.

Amazing at phone repair my phone was literally smashed to bits, no back, no side, no speaker, dodgy charger port and shattered screen, they fixed the full phone and it’s all working perfectly and for a very good price too, they were cheapest we found, also no one else would even attempt to fix we’re just saying it’s not fixable so can’t thank these enough they have saved me a fortune.

Excellent service, my iPhone speaker was not working and EE were going to have to send it away for up to 1 month. A quick visit to the repair centre and half an hour later my phone was fixed. A very reasonable price and very helpful staff - would highly recommend!

Very cheap because when I broken my iPhone SE 2nd generation screen it cost £35 and was done in an hour or half an hour not sure can't remember now I know it was one of them times I would recommend and have good selection of phone cases and tablet cases

Took my iPhone in to be fixed after calling them and getting a quote for £60. Went there and no one was in, just a note on the door telling customers to go to the other shop next to EE. I went there and no one was in this shop either! So I stood and waited, finally someone arrived and I was then told £70. Told the man I was quoted £60 and he agreed. Came to pick my phone up after being told 40 minutes, left it an hour and again no one was in the shop. So again I was left waiting (along with other customers outside!)Screen is fixed but my Face ID isn’t working so I gave the shop a ring to explain and I was basically snapped at and asked ‘what do you want me to do about it’ I said well possibly give an explanation? I was then told ‘well I have customers in’ to which I replied I am a customer who’s phone has been left with a part not working. He wasn’t Interested in the slightest.Not that impressed. Avoid if you don’t want to stand outside waiting and avoid if you actually want your phone fixed properly without attitude when questioned.

Update - phone started turning off (even with 90% charge) after 9 days, wouldn’t turn back on until plugged into a charger. Ended up having to get a new battery from somewhere else for cheaper.Phone battery seems to be working well and charging fine. However I was told £40 over messages which matched the surrounding shops but then had to pay £45 cash when I got to the shop so wouldn’t recommend contacting for accurate quotes... Took around 45 minutes which was convenient.Had a few screen replacements in the past and all were fine, affordable.

I took my phone to get it fixed here, the guy told me he couldn't repair it after actually making it worse. I just got it fixed at another shop. I will not go back.
