Really friendly staff.Had to pop in here on route to Edinburgh for holidays and the staff member was very helpful.It's a small chemist but well kept & clean with hand sanitizer station on entry.2 people ahead of me and next to no wait time. Very quick service.

I congratulate all the staff who work there, they have been very kind, helpful and understanding. They helped me to get my pain killinh prescriptions through quicker, when spencer street Doctors were consistantly late with putting them through to the store. I have recently left that Drs and get A class service from my new Drs at Eden surgery, pills delivered through the door within 2 days of ordering at this chemist. I ordered my blood pressure medication from Lloyd's Pharmacy well over a week ago. I was told 3 days wait. Since then I have been back 4 times, my meds are running out and they tell me a different reason every time why my meds are not there. I wouldn't trust them to get anything right.

I recently started using this pharmacy after having no end of issues and problems with my previous one, and my gp coordinating repeats. Here everything is so well organised, my prescription is never late, and always complete! The staff are pleasant and helpful. I won't be changing!

111 advised me to call this pharmacy for antidepressants which I rely on to keep me alive and the woman on the other end goes “so why have you called 111 then?!?” I cannot BELIEVE someone like this is allowed to speak to people who need medical help. I will be taking this as far as it can go, you are the problem.

They’ve told me to wait outside in the rain for not being able to wear a face mask, being an exemption should let me inside.They had plastic separations at the check out and they had face masks as well. I came to take something to help me breathe because I have this problems for years! I don’t have words how humanity it’s going…Shame on those put this rule
