Advantage Catering Equipment

I ordered Rational heat shield for our Oven but unfortunately our Oven stopped working before Heat shield arrived. I decided to buy new Oven and called Advantage catering to cancel my order but they said it's been dispatched. I returned it back and I received full refund today. Good customer service. Highly recommend this company.

I have had an excellent experience with Advantage Catering Equipment.In particular, special mention goes to Craig.He was able to get a water softener dispatched very quickly from their main distributor. Unfortunately, it had some issues and didn't work too well. However, he was quick to resolve the issue and chased up the courier several times to ensure the safe return of the faulty model.I would highly recommend Advantage Catering Equipment, and will use them again in the future!

Be extremely careful using this company or any other companies under there umbrella we recently had a large project undertaken and found them extremely expensive but had used them before and quality of workmanship was high .The job started fine and the lads on site were fantastic the workmanship extremely high they were clean , tidy polite couldn’t ask for better unfortunately the sub contractors they used then started the second phase of works we had a issue with missing switches that were on the original quote but magically were not installed then quoted hugely to come back and install saying they had quoted for the wrong switch ….Then the flooring company they used created a huge mess had to re lay the flooring as had incorrectly laid it the 1st time round and within a week it’s lifted and huge scratches over 5k worth of flooring not fit for purpose yet the offer of £500 off the bill we are now having to pay for a building surveyor to come out and inspect the flooring at huge costs to ourselves and had to pay a different electrician to finish the missing works .So if your using them and they are carrying out works themselves I would recommend there work if they are subbing out the work avoid you will be left out of pocket several times over and a huge headache in the process

I have been using Advantage catering for a few years now for catering equipment & repairs.We have just brought 2 Rational ovens of them and had them installed. Nick has been great with costings and advice. The guys that installed them were also very professional and friendly.I cannot fault this company at all. I highly recommend using Advantage catering for all purchases/install & repairs.

These guys did our new bakehouse and cafe fit out in Faversham, from the flooring, electrics, plumbing and extraction to building partition walls and installing the cold room. Highly skilled at what they do and really nice people to work with. They are very busy (which is a good sign!) so make sure you book them with plenty of notice! Highly recommended

We needed to set up a prep room at our wine bar, Vinoteq, in the most awkward of spaces. Advantage Catering were up to the task, ensuring we had a custom built solution that maximised the space we had. They understood our requirements and the fitting was done expertly and in good time.
