The worst on-line buying experience I've ever had. I ordered a framed print at the end of April and I never received it. I chased it up several times and I was told a different thing every time. They eventually offered me a refund. It took two emails and one phone call before they said they'd issued it. But they hadn't. I had to open a PayPal dispute with them. They never replied to PayPal. So it was easy for PayPal to offer me the money back, albeit nearly 7 weeks after placing the order. Buyer beware.

Do not buy from their online store! I bought a cake stand over a month ago, still hasn’t arrived. They shop doesn’t pick up the phone, doesn’t respond to emails, had 1 response by instagram chat, but nothing since. UPS reference given, but just a label created, UPS say they are still waiting to receive parcel.

*WARNING* Do not buy from this company online. It’s entirely fraudulent. I never received my order and despite contacting Persora on Instagram, their website and on email numerous times they’ve entirely ignored me but taken my money. I’ve had to get my bank involved. Having looked at previous reviews now I can see that others have experienced the same.

At the beginning of August I ordered a faux honesty stem, I have not recieved it as yet, I tried tracking it through the original email, DPD ha e been notified but not recieved it. They do not answer their e mail I have had no response makes me wonder if they are scammers!!!

Extremely poor service. Ordered ornament for my wife for our anniversary, and despite it being ordered almost 2 weeks in advance, the item has still not arrived. Tried to speak to someone about this and was unable to get anyone on the phone. Helpful lady that works best in the coffee shop in same building took my call, and tried to help by speaking to ‘owner’ and acted as middle man trying to sort the issue, but despite assurances the courier would deliver this on time, it did not. Faceless/nameless service, if I could give zero stars I would. AVOID!

It sells cards. They had 2 wedding cards to choose from. One was Bride & Bride the other was Groom & Groom. I do wonder if wokeness has gone a little far! I did ask if there were more to choose from as I need bride and groom but all I got was a shrug.

I placed an order over 2 weeks ago for 2 frames totalling over £60. I emailed for an update and got no reply. I phoned and was told my order had been dispatched and was told I would get my tracking information but again nothing. I have phoned again but there was no answer and sent another email to get an update as my order has still not arrived,Their customer service is shocking and it appears I have lost my money as I don’t think I am going to get a refund either.

I ordered online on 3 November. Paid via PP. Have sent email asking where my order is and left two telephone messages. No response so far at all and well beyond the date given for delivery. I would never buy from this outfit again and will resort to a PP refund if the lack of response continues. Having read some of the other reviews it appears that my experience is fairly typical.

I ordered a beautiful light and Persora made sure I got it all the way in Washington USA. Thank you so much the light is perfect and thank you for the great follow through! I would definitely recommend.

I love this store and absolutely everything in it- from the smell at the entrance to the smiles of two charming owners. Effectively decorated, occupying a considerable area of two-storey space for a simple inspection, which will take at least half an hour. Spaciously arranged a stunningly stylish interior, from massive furniture to little pretty gifts. There are frankly shocking things, there are miracles of harmony, there you can find 'must have' items and you won''t understand how you could live without it before. If you have Christmas eve, mother's day, Easter, birthday etc- you will find there everything that you would like to present to your friends and family. Actually you can call this store very family and friendly for every customer. In any case, a lot of amazing impressions remain, it can be said, a place not only for shopping, but also for the inspiration.
