I normally send flowers to my cousin for her birthday, but decided I would send her a cream tea instead.She was so overjoyed with it!She said it had been delivered on time, and packed really carefully.The taste was superb, so I will definitely use this firm in future for friend’s birthdays.

Purchased this for a friend who had just come out of hospital. Wanted to do something different than the 'normal' flowers.The recipient loves her cake and was thrilled with it. She said the Scones were perfect. Delicious and huge!Very pleased with the purchase and will definitely be using again.

Had previously been sent a gluten free hamper for a treat by the partner. It was amazing. So as it is National Afternoon Tea week, I thought it was the perfect excuse to have more of their delicious gluten free scones and the strawberry preserve which is to die for!

I purchased the large afternoon tea as a thank you gift for my son and daughter in law and my grandsons, after they treated us to a weekend away. They were over the moon with the quality of everything and said that the jam especially was exceptional and they celebrated by taking the whole thing on a picnic.

I was really disappointed with this company. I asked for a delivery on a Saturday - my son & his partner were moving into their new house and I wanted them to have a nice tea while surrounded by all the boxes. I paid extra for the Saturday delivery. Of course, it didn't arrive and Devon Heaven promised delivery on the Monday. I explained that that would not work as my son would be back at their old home handing over keys etc until the Wednesday so please might I have a refund. Devon Heaven said they would contact the courier and ask for the teas to be returned to them and they would refund me. Of course, no refund was forthcoming. Then, on the following Friday the afternoon teas arrived - stale, of course. So the pleasing gift was a wash-out, I am out of pocket and Devon Heaven have been useless. When I called them, they put the phone down on me, deciding that I was being too forthright and wouldn't answer when I rang them back. Hopeless and definitely not recommended.

Order arrived on date requested. Unfortunately there was a piece of rubber in one of the fruit scones. This could have easily been missed and been dangerous. Contacted the company by email and received a response promptly by 9am the next morning. A replacement was offered prior to knowing what the object was, then a full refund was offered instead. Customer service was on point. Just ashame about the unwanted rubber as it was a birthday present. The rest of the box scones were eaten with caution. Plenty of jam and cream left over as the portion size was big.
