Went in for a key to be cut and they didn’t have the right size in stock although it’s a standard front door key, asked if it could be ordered and was told no because it’s not the main business which is dry cleaning.

From the minute I called, to the collection of my linen, Timpson's were pure professionals.Text message and a phone call to say my linen was ready. Everything was perfect. No shrinkage. Will be using them again and again. Finding a service this good is hard to find. Timpson's Penzance are brilliant.

I have nothing bad to say about timsons in the Penzance Morrisons branch and the staff there seem to be very helpful on the phone but timsons advertise a complete shoe service (stretching ect) but when you call they say they don’t do it ,Timsons you need to remover this advertising of services that you don’t provide to avoid disappointment , luckily I phoned before travel I g there to get my shoes stretched otherwise I would be very angry right now !Please remove these services from the web you claim to provide !!!
