Wendy and team at the branch were excellent - helpful , friendly and professional. Unfortunately once the offer had been accepted and the process moved to the Nottingham City branch there were a number of difficulties which I have not encountered in my other house purchases and sales , but I liked the house enough to persevere . Thanks Arnold Branch that the final contact was positive
