Quick service but the first cocktail we ordered had a hair on the fruit and there was no apology? Only offered to remake it- a couple of bits off the order were missed as well but the staff later on were lovely whilst we were waiting

Loveliest staff in an airport ever! It’s quite spacious and good range of food. Besides the burgers & pub food, I want something a bit more healthy so this is the only choice. I opted for the chicken katsu curry. The ambiance is nice. This is how the restaurant looks like half empty. The waiting time was about 20min for the food. The staff helped filling my water bottle for me. She even a few ice cubs in there which is such a nice touch.

Food was lovely - had the naked chicken burger with sweet potato fries. Service was quick by Antonio and professional . The fresh lemonade and mint was refreshing too.

We ordered the big English breakfast and the giraffe brekkie hash. Food was hot. The hash brown and mushrooms was a little over cooked . So 1 star lost for that but it Came super quick. Only down side is the breakfast doesn’t come with toast so you have to pay £3 extra for it. Service was good left us to it really. Would recommend as eaten here before with no problems :)

Lovely way to start our holiday. Very spacious, friendly atmosphere. Very quick service. Lovely hot food, served quickly - meaning there was no rush before our flight. Very friendly staff, to both us and our children. Would always go here pre-flight now - top service. Thank you.

Very disappointed. Giraffe was our go-to cafe at the airport but the quality of the food has dropped through the floor.Photo shows £11.50 salmon cream cheese offering. I ate it but it was pretty awful. Toast was stale, salmon was average.Not value for money at all.Our last visit.

Stopped here for breakfast before our flight to Amsterdam. Service was quick. Staff were friendly and asked if we had any allergies. The breakfast was fantastic. Although the scrambled eggs looked a bit runny they tasted fantastic. Really enjoyed the food. Will definitely eat there again.
