Can't ever fault this garage for the times Ive been coming here.. Always honest and a great staffing team. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a garage to repair, service or MoT their car

Terrible service, feels like the people just cba. I asked how long does repairing puncture take when I took it in early in the morning first thing on weekend. I got a reply “I’ll do it now, it shouldn’t take long” so I explained myself how long is that? I need to see whether it’s worth me walking back home or stay and wait. Reply “oh it shouldn’t take long” well how long is shouldn’t take long? Also when I told them the knocking wheel but is at the back like most cars they can’t even be bothered to get it out and asked me to get it out for them. Shall I take the wheel off for them too? I’ve been to multiple garages they go grab it themselves. I’m not here to do their job for them lol…while they charge me an extortionate price on full service and I’ve found other places with cheaper prices and excellent reviews. Don’t go to them if you want a proper job done. I told them I’ve done many jobs for them before and gave them my registration. They couldn’t even be bothered to bring up the information on the screen and when they eventually did they said I didn’t even do a full service with them last year only an inspection. What so they charged me for a full service but not so one ? This place is so poorly organised and the people their seemed to be more lazy now. I won’t trust this place if I am you guys.

Howard and Neil are great in Finney's. I have a Peugeot and a Mini, these gentlemen and his team sorted out/ fix all the problems. Ever for non -easy tasks, they followed up closely without any worries. They are honest, tell you what can be done or otherwise explained the best options. Once you give them your car key, your car will be in good hands. I have no doubt and definitely continue to use their services, highly recommend this garage~~~~~~

The garage managed to fit me in at short notice on the same day to check over my car. Staff were so helpful and very friendly. I would highly recommend this garage and although I’m not from at the area, I will be bringing my car back here for its future services and any other work.

These guys were so amazing today. My car suddenly made a horrible noise on the way to work so I limped it back to Finneys before 7.30am which left me without transport. They gave me a courtesy car to help me out and I had a phone call at 10am to say it had been fixed. Amazing. Thank you :)

Brilliant service at Finneys, first time using them and it wont be the last time. I had a tricky exhaust repair, but they managed to sort it with no problem at all. Oil and filter change was done too. Really quick, efficient and friendly guys.

Great friendly team who managed to fit me in at very short notice and fix up the problem. I've come here twice now and the service has been brilliant. Was recommended by a friend and I can see why. Will be coming again in the future.

Finneys garage is a real hidden gem, tucked away along Manchester Road, Bury, for many reasons. As a young female driver, I have used this garage for countless MOTs and general car issues and have always received excellent, high quality service without feeling that I have been taken advantage of. The prices are easily the best around, and I would highly recommend.

Finney's in my experience is a does what it says on the tin" kind of garage (which is a good thing).I've always found them to be honest
