We arrived at the salon in time for my daughter's appointment, but unfortunately we left without a haircut, having had enough of waiting. It was not busy, there was only one client on the chair when we arrived (apparently a client with thick hair!). After one hour of waiting we decided to leave. No one had the decency to apologise for the long wait, instead we received an explanation as we were walking out the door. The hairdresser managed eventually to turn her head towards us to say: Sorry

Had color and haircut, color applied to only one side of my head and hairdresser could not cut my hair the same length, I had to take scissors and cut them myself this morning!!!!Also shampooing was painful and hardly any conditioner applied, my hair were electric and then badly styled!Paid way too much!I am so silly, I am too embarrassed to ask but should have complained and ask for a reduction because 52£ is way too much for that kind of style!I could have done it myself it would have been better!I will not go back!

This is simply the best salon I've ever used, and as a result I've been going there for about 10yrs. Staff are fab and prices good. Recent changes due to COVID-19 have been implemented well, on my last visit, I felt safe, secure and despite all the necessary changes I found my visit enjoyable and relaxing.Nothing is too much for this salon. They are simply fab.

Couldn't ask for better. Stylists Mel & Paul are great.I feel very safe in there given the circumstances.Lovely to go and relax.

Just had a full body massage by Hannah, I must say that the massage was the best I have ever had, very relaxing, professional and was amazing value for money. Highly recommend Hannah as she did a brilliant job and will definitely be booking again soon, thank you ever so much.

My wife had her hair done by georgia she was so upset with the service, firstly she was made to feel she was a hindrance then she described what she would like done and was told that she would dry the hair off and “chip” into it, my wife and i think that to pay £26.50 the haircut should be done properly. she was rushed (the whole service was 20minutes)i have hairdresser friends and they have all said that the particular hairdresser in question is not good and have looked at my wifes hair and said its the worst cut they have ever seen. If you are gonna go to this salon DO NOT BOOK WITH GEORGIA we both have friends that go to other stylists( at personal image ) and they are very happy YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Fabulous friendly salon, great with children and offers a lot of beauty treatments, nails, as well as the usual hair dressing. Lovely xx

Very friendly and welcoming environment! I’ve tried loads of different salons and wouldn’t go anywhere else for my Hollywood wax now! The beautician was very accommodating and made me feel at ease the whole time, would definitely recommend!

My first nail appointment today and I've booked in advance for my next one. The place is beautiful, so clean, and both Michelle and Ellie and wonderful. Very welcoming, in fact they made me feel like I'd been going there years! My nails look amazing, and there was no rushing at all. 100% recommend!
