Appalling service all round!! Couldn't ever speak to the designer on the phone instead you have to e-mail her and the receptionists were useless as they never passed the messages onto the designer and they could never access the designs. The concept of customer service is lost on them

Appalling service, no one approaches you unless you look like a builder, or are their regular clients. I went to Brixton branch instead to place my order. they were amazing! very friendly and incredibly helpful. this place is only good for 'looking at potential products'

Had a very long wait close to closing time as there was only one person at the till with multiple other people working at the computers. When we finally got served we had the details of our builder, firstly the details couldn't be found, eventually they were found. But then the server said they needed to call the builder, which they did, but the builder couldn't answer the phone. And because of this we weren't served after wasting our time waiting. In the end we had to rush over to Howdens Penge, with multiple people ready to serve us upon arrival. We were able to make the order over the phone as the branch was going to close soon. No drama with calling the builder etc, we just gave the name of the company and bought the door we wanted. The whole experience was unnecessarily stressful, Howdens Croydon needs to take a note from Howdens Penge! 5 stars to Penge 1 star to this branch...

We bought new doors from Howdens Croydon branfor last summer and Neminathan was super helpful in clarifying every detail. Would recommend anyone who not clear on their requirements to speak with him. Very happy with the service we received.

I have to be honest and need to guve credit where its due, We were warmly welcomed by Charmaine who was outstanding with us today, Charmaine had great patience with us whilst designing and choosing our dream kitchen. I fully recommend this branch and ask for Charmaine - you won't be disappointed trust me.

A nightmare! Wrong color and wrong measurement for the kitchen. Howdens promised to fix it today but no show at the end. We have been waiting for 2 weeks to exchange everything and we have still need to pay for our builders. I am just wondering When howdens will do the replacement?!

countless mistakes by various staff over a prolonged period- A lack of attention to detail in the initial order, the deliveries being damaged, us having to physically collect an entire truckload of kitchen units ourselves from neighbouring branches. The staff were very defensive when challenged and refused to acknowledge or apologise for anything, instead attempting to pin the blame on the customer.I'd like to mention a couple of showroom staff and the warehouse guys were generally helpful in correcting any issues, and the build quality + design is good. By all means buy Howdens, but save yourself the hassle and go to another branch.

I have received one of the best customer service experience at Howdens Thornton Heath. Nemi was attentive to our needs and able to design a kitchen which looks good. Unlike most sales people who would sell something and leave it at that Nemi went to great lengths to ensure that my wife and I had the kitchen we wanted and checked up with us until it was completed.
