Fantastic service!! Needed help turning off my radiators as they was constantly on full blast which made my flat extremely hot. I was given advice step by step on how to switch them off until I was able to get new thermostat valves. 100% recommend

Going via my home emergency cover, the same engineer visited twice and gave diagnostics. None really made any sense and they took so long to even get to that point I just gave up.I contacted Ben at B.Baah, who was really professional and fast. He came out same day, replaced PCB and my boiler is as good as new! Sometimes you just have to pay for it, I'll be sending the bill to my home emergency for their useless diagnostics.

Benjamin is outstanding person and professional. Showed intellect, approachable with smile. Explained anything about the boiler's diagnose that he found quickly reading the code flashing light narrowing down the problem. He is deeply interested and responsible about his profession : does not compromise quality and safety: explain the components of the boiler to the slightest details. He even joined condense pipe with special glue, problem left unsold from other engineer.He found quickly the part : fan - part of the burning unit, fitted it, tested it and the overall charge was reasonable.Thank you Ben. Ben came to service my boiler and I have to say I was very impressed with the service. He arrived promptly talked me through what was involved (thankfully not too technical) and completed the job, cleaning up after himself. I will definitely be using them again for any heating situations as I felt they were trustworthy and really cared about my custom , rather than being out to make a quick buck. Well done Ben
