Helped me & my son out loads over the years, always really helpful & they know what they're talking about. Very useful showing you how to fix any problems & great prices. Highly recommended & a good selection of bikes to buy.

The nicest bike repair shop in the county if not the country! I was fitted in with a same day appointment, luckily as they’re always busy! Ian was just the best, so calm, I could have stayed all day fixing up bikes with him! Would recommend to anyone looking for not JUST a bike repair place but for anyone keen to understand how bikes work! Incredible concept, and an amazing price to boot! Will be coming back as soon as I need to!

I was on a cycle tour and wasn’t happy with my handlebars, I popped into Cranks on the off chance they had any suitable swept back handlebars I could buy and they did! They kindly let me use their yard to swap them over and they are perfect-I love them. Thank you so much for your help

Always very helpful and inexpensive, they recognise that not everyone with a bike is well off, they also taught me how to do a lot of my own repairs and let me use their tools.

Look no further! I have been to many Brighton and Hove Bicycle Shops, this one and these guys are by far the very best. The workshop has everything. Not only do they carefully examine and fix your bike but they enable you to understand the whole process. Ian and Alex are fantastic and I absolutely love this place. Thank you guys.

Amazing place. Thoughtful and a credit to the biking community. Diy workshop with assistants on hand if needed. Friendly staff and special thanks to Ian who helped me get an old dilapidated road bike back on the road. Pay as you feel donation and parts at pretty much trade prices. They also do workshop classes for those wanting to learn more. Great place. Keep it going :)

After being let down by two local bike repair outfits, someone told me about Cranks. I took my and my son's bike in for a 'do it together' session and fixed up our bikes with help from Cranks.Helpful, knowledgeable, fair pricing and providing an excellent service. It's far better to learn how to be self-supporting than to have to lean on others, and also working on our own bikes helps reduce the problems of our disposable society.Highly recommended.
