AGS is a superior gas company and in my opinion outweighs any other in this area. The staff are absolutely first class in their knowledge and experience of all aspects of their work and are equally as polite and professional whilst in your home. Similarly, you are also greeted by friendly and extremely helpful reception/ administration staff who always endeavour to help you if required. They are also very fair and decent with their quotes or charges for things such as boiler servicing or work to be carried out domestically. I have had this company do related work for me over six years now and would not choose anyone else.They absolutely deserve to thrive.

Just wanted to follow up with you following the works that you undertook in my home late last year and early this year to improve both heating and hot water supply.Both works have had a significant effect on our quality of life at home, improving both convenience and comfort of our house.On both occasions that your team came to the house, they were polite, efficient, and extremely tidy in their execution of the work, which made the whole process easier as a customer. We wish to praise the work of Andy and Sam from AGS who totally refurbished our en suite shower room. The work was carried out in a professional manner and to an extremely high standard. They were timely, reliable and worked well with us (the customers) each step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble and they left the site in a clean and tidy state. I have used AGS Gas to service my boiler for the past few years. They are a great company, easy to deal with. Their engineers are friendly and professional and respectful of your property. Jim came to sort out my underfloor heating. He was meticulous in tracing and resolving the problem altho' it was installed by someone else. Totally professional and knowledgable. Will always use this company in future. Very impressed.

Excellent services from a first timer user of AGS. Contacted them with a SOS call to fix an issue with my heating. Gave good options and sound advice. Booked in to have work carried out in a timely manner. The engineer was friendly and professional throughout the work carried out. Purchased a full new boiler system from AGS, everything went well until there is a problem and this is when you find out how good a company is!. happy to help while money is on the table. they moved our boiler location and had electric works done for this, we are now selling the house and need a electrical compliance cert, AGS are saying it is nothing to do with them as they only got an electrician in to do the work, we only ever paid one invoice to AGS very disappointed after such a good start and for something so small find them being very difficult now to deal with. Need to take responsibility for all works done a job.would not use again SHAME .Update: after posting this review have been contacted by AGS to help sort out their error, Offered to send out an electrician to get a certificate, such a shame it could not have been done before would have saved a lot of trouble, But I must say Phil at AGS was very keen to help and did come a with a solution. good plumbers.
